The wrong card was sent out for Father's day, it was someone's birthday card. All they did was refund me and say they couldn't resend. Very disappointed

As it says on the tin

Verifiziert

Very pleased with card.

Fun card, appreciated by my Dad

I liked the card as it described my Dad perfectly. It would have been better if it had come with a cheeky joke and if the cost were lower.

So easy to use. My dad was very happy with his card

The card was of good quality but more than that Moonpig saved the day by taking my order on Friday night and getting the card delivered on Father’s Day

Great items and value for money. Great items that you can customised to what you want.

Beer soaked on delivery

Unfortunately someone else's card was dispatched. A refund was offered and received promptly. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Verifiziert

Poor delivery times, item didn't arrive in time frame as advised

Verifiziert

Order never received

Verifiziert

Great products with lots of options.

Verifiziert

The cost for delivery is extremely high.

For the 3rd consecutive time, a card ordered from Moonpig was a day late. This was the last chance I gave and they failed.

Sent a message on your automated service. The reply was that someone would be in touch. Nobody did. Message inside the card did not appear after double checking it was. My Father received his card no knowing who it was from. Not a very happy Father’s Day card for him. Would like a full refund. Used Moonpig many times never any problems.

The card was good but why is there no envelope so disappointing used to be a good service
