I ordered this over 3 weeks ago judging by the other reviews I take it that this is a scam! Either a scam or it is cheap tat from China that still has not arrived, I ordered because faryal makdoom reccomened it with 70% off discount on her snapchat what a waste of £39.99 that I will probably never see again this was suppose to be a present for my daughter stay very clear of this company I will be reporting this to the police if I don't get a refund

Received item on 30/10/20. Didn’t even open it & returned that day via Royal Mail tracking. Checked status on Royal Mail to ensure safe delivery but the address to send back to has a redirection on it. Tried around 10 or so times to contact company to query redirection & when I would get my refund but absolutely no response & no refund. I am fuming - £39.99 gone & no chance ever now of getting it back. Steer clear of this company

I ordered a moonight on 30-Oct and received 13-Nov, and it wasn’t working correctly. It wouldn’t switch between settings and was just stuck on blue. I contacted them the same day explaining the issue and a man named Zach replied the next day which was great- every email I sent Zach responded right away which is great!. He wanted a video of the product not working and the last thing I heard was on 15-Nov where I was told by Zach that it’s being passed onto Management to send me a replacement, I should receive an email confirmation of my new order- fantastic! The only issue is.. I’ve not heard back since, I’ve now contacted 3 times, on 20-Nov, 25-Nov and today to ask for an update. I wouldn’t trust this company!!!!

Ordered mine 4 weeks ago I emailed them 2 times and a person named Zach from customer service replied saying it’s been delivered to you recently and I can confirm that it hasn’t and all my delivery details were right so no excuses what a great website

I’ve ordered over 3 weeks ago not received a confirmation email but payment was taken next Day .. no tracking information available , emailed customer service several times no reply ... rubbish service ! They don’t have a contact number to call either to ask for a refund !! I have no idea what to do only ordered on recommendation of farayal makhdoom saw it on her page !! Won’t be doing that again!!!

I ordered 4 weeks ago and I haven't got an email that my product has been shipped. Is there anything one can do about it?

I ordered a light which arrived within 3 weeks. It is slightly damaged and leaves a funny line on the laser. Works but it annoying. I emailed the company and after a while they said once I return it they will replace it and send a new one. However they wanted me to send it to France!
I asked if they would pay for this return and i had no response. I have emailed several times and now I have looked and the website is gone. I am extremely angry and upset as this was bought for a gift.

Ordered on 20 Oct following a post from a influencer , still waiting , no response from company, going to try get money back from back , awful company dont waste your money , its a scam / fraud company

Scammers, stay well away from this company

So an instagram influencer had posted on her story the product she then posted the link and I thought wow that looks good must be legit seeing as someone with 1mil followers has one and is saying its good!? anyway checked the tracking on the product and the link & the website no longer exist. After seeing these reviews I'm assuming it will never arrive and my money has been taken!!!! awful!!!!

I am very very concerned about this order. No email confirm order but my payment has been taken. Very very concerned.

Terrible company big scam don’t trust ! Brought two lights one by accident and was told several times items were on there way and they’ve never arrived ! I’ve asked for a refund but was told to send a pdf to say I wanted a refund ! I have proof of purchase so am going to trading standards !! I’m disgusted with the company I’ve brought the lights for my disabled son !

It did take 2 weeks for my light to arrive but I’m very happy with it my children love it perfect fir a cosy night in

I've bought 4 in total. Seen the George shore cast advertising them an had to have one. The email states it can take up to 20 days for delivery. Mine came close to that 20 day mark. Ive since ordered 3 more for Christmas presents ordered them 12th Oct all 3 arrived yesterday, boxes slightly dented but that doesn't matter.

Company is a scam. Tricks you into buying two products and paying double the price. If you read the wording on their website it doesn’t even make sense - it says ‘Once the order is returned to the departure warehouse we will be notified of its arrival and you will be beautiful and well refunded. ‘ it doesn’t make sense? I’ve just had my credit card company confirm it’s a scam. They used Megan McKenna to promote it she hasn’t even realised it’s a scam company.

Scam. Avoid this company at all costs.
They won't send you the item you paid for.

Their lack of customer support is appalling. They have stopped replying to emails once we told them that we haven't received our order yet.
