What a bunch of crap! I have never seen such an inferior product. Nothing matches what the clothes looks like in the pictures and there is clearly a misrepresentation of fabrics used as well. Everything is sweat shirt material and the sewing is so bad, the pants I ordered are unwearable - the legs are different sizes. This is clearly a website that misrepresents itself online. I order clothes online all the time and have never had an experience this bad. And this was an expensive mistake to make too. Please do not order any clothes from Moongor. It's a crook company.

I Was actually very scared because of all the reviews ... me and my friend ordered some clothes and were both scared about the quality - the only thing we had problem was shipping period....the website could use more precise shipping period to get better reviews on them.
the quality of clothes are surprisingly good.
I was also very mad about delayed shipment- but the clothes made it up..Just be aware that shipping may be delayed. but friend also had a successful shopping.

I bought dress from them; it was described as black. In pictures it has small checks in dark neutral brown/grey and black. The model holds 2 tone bag that looks like natural jute, with darker brown stripes, and the dress looks dark neutral color next to the natural jute. In reality, not only it is very light buttery yellow with hot pink buttons, it is so badly made it should never have left the factory. The front where the top is attached to the skirt, the fabric is folded over, and stitched down lopsided. It would take a dressmaker with over-locker to take it apart, and put back together. Seller offered $10 back!!! Of-course, send it back cost more than I paid. But these crooks cannot be allowed to get away with it.
After being pretty much house bound for almost 3 years, I just had one surgery, and will have 3 more over the coming months, I walk with 4 wheel walker and only very short distances, so shopping in B&M stores is not an option. But from now on I think I will stick with eBay, at least there I have more comeback, and FB left is there for all future customers to see..

Servizio clienti pure a 5 stelle. Capi particolari che trovo veramente graziosi ad un prezzo di mercato competitivo

This company is a scam. The items are poorly made, and once they arrive---good luck returning them. Although the items were shipped from here in the US, the company only allows returns to China. As they state in email response, the shipping to China is so expensive and they do not refund for the original shipping cost...so the customer might as well keep the item. They then off $15 as an incentive to keep at $70 item. Total scam.

These items have very poor quality. I want to return them, but it is impossible, because the company doesn't have return label or ways. The cost of returning shipping fee is your ownrisk. This is bad company. Don't buy anything!!

The items I received are unsatisfactory and I will return them. The fabric quality and workmanship are poor. The size and fit are bizarre. Most are too small, too short or cut in a strange way. One dress that was very large is stained with what looks like machine oil and the neck was mis-sewn. The message on a pair of novelty socks contained an error. It said, “Bring mea glass of wine.” These are just a few examples of the deficiencies. I should have read the reviews on line before placing the order. The positive reviews are clearly phony. The negative reviews are accurate.

I was scamed by this company.I ordered a madium sized sweater and what they sent wasn't even small...when I wanted to return it they suggested I'll pay an extra $17 and they will send me an xlarge (I asumed that their xlarge will be big enough for me...)
And guess what they sent? the same tiny sweater as the first one...
When I asked for a refund for both sweaters they claimed I can return only one and the cost is on me!
This is a scam company, they lie and beside, their products are poor material, very different from what you see in the photos. Don;t give them your money!!

It took over a month for my order to arrive. It looks nothing like the pictures and bad quality. They are not wearable and just waist of money.

Worst company!! It has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from them!! Nothing about my order or if/when it will ship. I have reached out with several emails and I'm just ignored

Unfortunately I fell for the good reviews of this company. Apparently they must have been paid to trap persons like me! This is the last and second time I did fall for the beautiful advertisements and plan to stay with well known brands, not made in China...
A huge disappointment and I warn potential customers not to order from Moongor and companies like this one. They deceive and there is no way one can get a return of the money spent.

This site is unacceptable... The products are fake and ofcourse not at all like the products on the pictures.
THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIERS... And except from that, i was waitting my order for more than one month and they told me that my order will be here in 12 days....

This is a front store....it keeps popping up under different names...but it is a total fraud and it's located in China, so no recourse for their fraud.

The clothes are nothing like what the image portrays...probably cost pennies to produce. To return the clothing, which you inevitably will want to do, the shipping cost that they charge you is the price of the clothing...that's if you can get anyone to answer the return call/email.

These are low quality clothes. Different colors of photos, wrong sizes, fabrics and wool of poor quality. The return of the clothes is for the price of the purchase. They offer 30% of the value for you to keep the order. A fraud..
