Hello, I had a an accident in Sainsbury's car park in Bournemouth and had to have hospital treatment,
Went to speak to there first aid person 3 days later with regards to my fall, She wasn't very helpful so went on to find Mooneerams they are very skilled at helping people with claims and put me at ease straight away and listened with great detail as to what happened and took my case on without any concerns.
They did a great job in fighting my case and got me a great result within a year, couldn't praise them enough. so thankyou Gareth Edwards for al your help with this matter and I wouldn't hesatate to get i touch if I ever needed help with any problems i the future.

I had a slightly difficult 3rd party claim to sort & Darren Hanney dealt with it for me. I also was a slightly tricky customer myself as my communication isn't the best. The whole thing dragged on for 2 years (not because of Moonerams i might add). However I do have to say- Darren was unendingly patient & supportive of my situation & was very quick in his dealings with the insurers. He also was super speedy if i needed to get hold of him, always got back to me the same day! I would HIGHLY recommend this firm & in particular Darren himself. Should I need legal assistance again- 100% I will be calling upon them.

I had an accident on public transport and having a diagnosis on the injury I decided to approach the company concerned, I recieved an offer from them which I was not happy with, I was recommended to Moonerams who took the claim on, with just one face to face meeting and a couple of phone consultations I ended up with three times as much as the original offer,thank you Moonerams.
