We're sorry that the delivery of your order was slightly delayed. We note from the tracking info we provided that it's due to be delivered today. On average our normal shipping times to Ireland is about a week. However once we hand your parcel over to the shipping company we are at the mercy of the shipping company providing an efficient service to get the parcel to you as quickly as possible. We sorry that this time that the shipping company Fastway did not meet our normal shipping times, we will avoid using Fastway for future deliveries. Again sincere apologies for this delay, we hope that once your product arrives later today that you will love it. Amazing watch deals and amazing costumer service
The packaging and the way they display the watches is amazing but the problem is not with the company as they were very helpful to resolve my issue with the delivery company which is GLS they gave me nightmares on how bad they were but over moonbehindthehill is amazing.
