Contacted Moo Bou after a order as I hadn't used my loyalty points at the checkout. They were happy to refund the difference, great service. Gorgeous clothes that arrive within a few days❤️

I had messaged MooBou about a pair of joggers I had my eye on to see if they would be coming back in stock. Christy kindly remembered four months later when one pair came in and told me straight away so I could order!

Amazing customer service - I cannot recommend enough

I discovered Moobou a few months ago and I have bought so may items since!! I love so many of their clothes. Their customer service is amazing - some of the best I've ever received, they really go above and beyond to help. All the pieces of clothing and shoes I have bought have been beautiful additions to my wardrobe and real value for money. I will keep coming back again and again. Cannot recommend enough!

I buy clothes from Moo Bou on line quite frequently, but this time I realised I had just missed out on a seriously stylish denim jacket. I emailed the store to see if they were getting anymore stock. Christy kindly got back to me and said unfortunately not but she later messaged to say she had found one in my size. I was so grateful to her for remembering my request. Thank you Christy.

I have bought several things from Moo Bou so far and have a few other things in my ‘favourites’ I’m hoping to buy when they come back in stock. I have 3 pairs of balloon trousers and wear them most days, I love them. I mostly dress casual but find I can dress them up for work too.
I also ordered the cotton denim dungarees for my (very trendy) 92 year old gran and she looks amazing in them, finds them very comfy and easy to wear.

Great quality and prices. I think it’s great that you get loyalty points to get money off future purchases, and the points soon build up. The customer services team have been really helpful when I’ve had contact with them and responded straight away. I’ll definitely be ordering more in future.

Customer service is on point.

I have bought several items from Moobou. The clothes are beautiful quality without costing the earth. Items are delivered within time timeframe. I returned a jacket (I bought 2) and was refunded within a week. I changed my mind about another item, I emailed them before the item was dispatched and had a response within an hour confirming my cancellation. Very impressed.

This is my first purchase from Moo Bou, I stumbled across them on line. I bought a top & trousers , the order was processed and sent out promptly & I am so happy with my items, especially the trousers . The items were both made well & good quality fabric and design .

The clothes are of an outstanding quality and I’ve had so many compliments on the Black Cargo Joggers I ordered. They are really comfortable, look great and such a good find! So much so that I’ve just ordered another pair! Really trendy looking but great and can be dressed up or down. The quality is excellent! I’ll definitely be ordering more things. Such a great find! I saw an advert online for a beautiful dress- I hadn’t heard of the company before so was a bit dubious…how wrong could I be…Great customer service, quick feedback. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a cardigan which arrived and looked fantastic unfortunately when l took it off the knitwear had started to ladder.
When contacted the staff were so helpful and immediately discussed a replacement with me and advised me on the return and when l could expect said replacement
