Amazing customer service whenever I've emailed. Amazing quality and prints, I love all the designs and wish there was a choice to buy extras per month.

Had this service on/off since 2021 and I'll never leave.

The offers they have are also amazing, got a Die Hard Christmas jumper and the quality of the jumper and print/design is 100/10

Loved it, very comfy snd fits my stile well wasnt a fan of the january one its abit vanilla, not something ill wear other than to sleep in, was hoping for another horror one

I paid postage for a free tee thru one of their ads and it has not arrived or even been dispatched yet

You seem to take my money but dont deliver the tee shirts this is not the first time this has happened very disappointed with this

I love getting my package in the post each month and opening it to get the Tshirt’s I’ve picked. The shirts are very high quality and extremely comfortable. The prints on the shirts do not fade with washing or start to peel or crack like many others. There’s a great choice each month and the price and fact they donate a shirt for each one you buy is such a great deal and means each shirt you buy you know someone in need is also getting a great shirt.

My experience mostly has been good, but it seems to be around November/ December that things go a bit south. I have not receive my last two t shirts and my member perks change from being available in a month to available in 4 months. Can some one please let me know what is happening with my last two t shirts at least!

I haven't received my December tee shirt... And no way of communicating with monthly tee on the app

Edit: after emailing MTC I got a fast response from Dan, who has arranged for a replacement to be sent.

Got my shirt today after waiting a whole month. First of all the t-shirt design was wrong. I choose a particular design from the "design picker" with plenty of time and still got the wrong design.

Second of all the print quality just isn't great at all. I expected better.

I have requested for the last 2 months to cancel my membership,and I have sent a lot of emails and no one replying on my emails!,I don’t want the service.

Promise freebies then don't deliver!

Just because I didn't redeem my reward in month I missed it, well that's service for you, and how they treat loyal customers, I'll buy my tees elsewhere and never darken their poor customer service door every again.

Ordered around the 16th of December with the 2.99 Facebook offer for my friend for Xmas it’s now the 4th of January and received nothing

Nowhere on there website to contact anyone now cancelled my subscription with my bank was looking forward to ordering cool tees monthly for presents

Absolute scam, trying to cancel a subscription is a nightmare. Says to log in but I never actually created an account when I took the £2.99 offer, I paid via Apple Pay.

Awful company, late to reply, sends out wrong designs and clearly is a scam company.
I ordered a coloured tshirt with manly design, i received a cheap looking plain white tshirt with a girly design.
They showed little interest in offering to resolve it.

You will he scammed by this company, they don't give you the product you pay for, it's an argument for shopping on the high street

Terrible company! Please avoid. Did not receive my tshirt after 2 months and they had automatically set me up a rolling payment. On trying to sort it out, the website is shockingly shit, would say they’ve deliberately not made it easy to contact them. Nowhere on the website says how to contact them. Scammers!
