Such a great experience from start to finish.
I knew what I wanted, all the information was on the website. I booked and confirmed in minutes and was given the option to pay on the day, which was perfect for me.
I booked the bouncy castle online which was confirmed straight away and followed up by a text message service.
A few days before I was emailed with all the confirmation and information I needed.
They arrived at the time stated, put the bouncy castle up in minutes and left us to enjoy the party.
They then came back at the time they stated, took the castle down in minutes and were gone.
Absolutely perfect service and great price!

Amazing service, arrived early Saturday morning paid for overnight and it was collected at 2pm the following day which worked well as the weather hadn’t been the best. Really well priced & the kids loved it. Will defo use again ☺️

We hired the VIP Nightclub package for our son’s 18th Birthday. The booking team were extremely helpful when we were deciding which package was best for us. They were very knowledgable about their products and answered calls and emails promptly and were happy to help.
What a great product, included hard flooring, sound system, led lighting, smoke machine, led tables, and off course the red carpet. The company arrived and set up quickly, and the party went down a storm. Everyone said how amazing it was, we all partied to the early hours!
Monster inflatables staff returned at midday the next day and collected.
The guys that came both times were great. They were very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely be hiring from here again. Value for money, and great fun. Makes a special occasion memorable. Thank you to the whole Monster Inflatables Team.

I found Monster Inflatables online and contacted them needing help with booking two bouncy castles for our celebration. They were very quick to respond, really helpful and brilliantly priced. It was very easy to book.

On the day of delivery I received a call saying they were on their way and two really helpful lads arrived. They asked me where I would like the bouncy castles and where the power was and they set to work. They were incredibly professional, very quick and helpful. They gave both castles a wipe over before they left. I was really impressed.

The children who came to celebrate our 50th anniversary obviously loved it. We did have burst of heavy rain throughout the event but that didn’t put them off. And due to the venue location the collection team didn’t need anyone to assist them. So we didn’t have to wait around for them.

I would use them for future events.

Everything about using Monster Inflatables was smooth from start to finish! Honestly can’t recommend them enough. From helping me find what I need through to installation their communication was above and beyond. And i have say the installation/delivery tesm were amazing too; happy and super helpful. Won’t go anywhere else for any kind of inflatable after dealing with these 🙌🏼

Great customer service, quick set up and collection. I had the Frozen set (bouncy castle and soft play) for my daughter’s birthday party. The children loved it and the stuff was clean and well presentable.

Hired a bouncy castle with slide for a birthday party.
Was called a couple of days before the party to see if I would accept delivery a day early at no extra charge which was fine with me.
Fast and easy set up from the team, they then collected at the agreed time once party had finished, again quick and easy to remove.
Great service, very good pricing, would definitely use again.

Such a Great company, great products. We have used this company several times mainly for birthdays, each time they are accommodating for every requirement. The team are really friendly from ordering to delivering to collecting they are prompt and polite always. The delivery guys were very helpful and carefully tied the bouncy castle down to allow my children to have full access of the garden free from any trip hazards.

I've recently used Monster Inflatables for a company Stress Relief Fayre and have to say they were fantastic throughout the whole process. Great comms. Responsive to enquiries and great service on the day with delivery and collection going as smooth as you could wish.

Really easy to navigate website - booking went without a hitch and there was good communication in the run up to the event. They arrived promptly and put everything together super fast, and same when it came time to dismantle it. The soft play itself was a real hit - and very reasonably priced.

Amazing experience, very pleasant and very responsive when I had to make some corrections on my booking. They came on time as requested to set up. The baby shark bouncing castle was big it did light up the hall . The kids loved it a lot , the ball pit was cool too. Thanks monsterinflatables I will surely recommend them and use them again .
