After Monster Cleaning did an appalling job cleaning the flat, they posted pictures of my property online in breach of privacy. And this is their response to my request to remove the photos. Just to be clear, I have photo and video evidence of what a bad job they have done that I shared with them privately before asking to fix the issue. Be aware that this company is horrible in how they treat their customers and that your property is not safe in the hands of their staff.

“ You are fully aware that pictures of your property were being taken and the only reason these are attached to your review reply is to show that you are lying about what has and has not been cleaned. Edit your review, so that it reflects the actual cleaning done and there won't be any need for the photos...”

The only person who can share pictures of my flat is me and here’s the clear evidence of Monster Cleaning lying all the way through. Mind you, this was end of tenancy cleaning that cost me £250 and for which company is taking no responsibility as well for the items missing from the flat.

I believe Trustpilot has taken the necessary action to protect my privacy, thank you Trustpilot. And this is just a warning to other potential customers who were considering using the service of Monster Cleaning - stay away from them.

Great cleaning service. Requested their service at short notice when I needed urgently and they accommodated the same evening when others couldn't. I provided a small feedback that could make their cleaning service to the highest standard which they happily acknowledged. Hopefully I will see that when they come again in the future.

Did the job very well. Flat disorganised and they worked well around it all to clean after Council work and surplus mess left behind. Speedy, pleasant and thorough.

The service was a 5* service. My Property looks extremely clean and very welcoming.

I found Monster online and emailed them for a quote for an end-of-tenancy clean. They replied within an hour with detailed questions, which I answered and once again, they replied within the hour with a reasonable quote and explanation. They asked me for a 30% deposit, which I was unsure of but it made sense because they are committing a team to come and don't want to lose other work if I'm not willing to pay it. They showed up with a team of 5 people and did an amazing job - careful, professional and thorough. It nearly looked better than when I moved in, which was after the landlady had renovated the property. I highly recommend them.

Terrible service! One lady arrived at 8 , the others later they started at 8:30 claiming they started at 8! They did literally nothing! One lady was looking at the others, I have asked them to clean properly and they got angry! One lady was talking on the phone , the whole time she was here. I had to talk with a lady from their office who has the same behaviour as well! My cleaner who comes every week, dies a better job than them who were supposed to do a spring cleaning! Very aggressive ladies! When I told them not to speak loudly since my 4 year son was listening, they told me to get him out and close the doors! They left before they clean the house ! I am not obliged to tolerate this behaviour! The worst service ever! They left the house a mess.

I was a little hesitant to book this cleaning service as the reviews are pretty bad, especially on Google. Fortunately, I insisted on being present to do a final check before the cleaners left. I noticed that the cutlery tray was missing. When questioned as to where it was, they said they threw away the cutlery tray as it was stained with rust and grease and beyond cleaning. I asked them to retrieve it out of the bin and could see that the marks they had decided were too bad to clean, were actually superficial and were easily cleaned off with my supervision. It is not acceptable to throw away items that belong to the flat because they couldn't be bothered to clean them.

Furthermore, there were still marks on the floor and skirting boards which when pointed out, the cleaners said wouldn't come off. I asked them to try again with a damp cloth and again with my supervision, the marks instantly came off without any effort. The kitchen floor still had food crumbs and dirt on the floor, so I had to ask them to mop it again.

After they left, also noticed that the drain from the shower and a funnel used for the dishwasher was missing and found these in the bin. Again, with the shower drain, they had obviously deemed this too much of an effort to clean and it was easier to throw away the evidence. I cleaned this myself with water and a bit of toilet tissue and replaced it. Also, a small part of the shower fitting, which I had highlighted to the cleaners was already broken before they started, had carelessly gone missing. I later found this in the bin and replaced it.

Lastly, there were signs that they had been smoking on the balcony as there was cigarette ash all over the floor. This is annoying as we had previously swept the balcony and had to repeat the process after they left. They should not smoke in the properties - this should be on the street. This is a non-smoking flat and if the checkout detects any smoke, I will pass any fines onto you.

I passed this feedback onto the office privately before I reviewed their services publically. I have had zero response. The cleaners were polite but the quality of the service was very low, I could have done it myself, in fact, I wish I had done it myself and saved the money. ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS. Won't be booking Monster Cleaning again.

Booked for end of tenancy clean for 25th January. Turned up on time and got straight to work, I had a small studio room with an en-suite and the cleaner (sorry I don’t know her name) did a fantastic job and even was able to accommodate a request made by the landlord at short notice. Very reasonable price and I got all my deposit back! Thank you Monster Cleaning for a very professional service and I would use again!

The cleaners were professional courteous and did an amazing job. It’s like having a brand new oven in my kitchen. Would definitely recommend them.

I would give a minus star! This company quoted work for 225 pounds and asked for a 56 pound deposit. When the cleaners arrived they wanted more for the work so I said no and as a result they did not return the deposit. I feel blackmailed as they wanted a further 150 pounds all in cash ! That is when I was concerned about what was going on and wanted them out as they were not willing to do the work they quoted for! I have now complained to the county councils trading standards and my bank as these people do not live up to their quotes and then take your deposit by increasing their rates if you do not agree to that! A Bulgarian company with Bulgarian cleaners who grumbled even before going into the flat and arrived very late. 01.02/.22 - Still no sign of the difference in deposit and amount they stated I lost refunded.

Had an end of tenancy cleaning with Monster cleaning, unfortunately some items weren't cleaned to the required standard of the check out clerk, and we had to request the cleaning team returned. Thankfully they were able to do this within a week, so hopefully all issues are sorted now. There was some back and forth initially to get this resolved, which wasn't ideal during a very stressful time.
