I’m starting high school in September and I’m very excited. I went in without an appointment into your Altrincham store , and Christine looked after me and helped me pick out the uniform I needed.Even though the shop was about to close she gave me VIP treatment, went back and forth to the stockroom so I could try different sizes until she was happy that I had the right size and made me feel very special so I wanted to write to you to tell you how amazing she was .signed Lola 11 years old

Marvellous Madison at Monkhouse
We visited the Maidstone shop in Newnham Court early August without an appointment and were greeted quickly, shown to the correct uniform and guided through what was optional for my son's new school and what items were compulsory. Madison was extremely helpful, firstly guessing the correct sizes based on my son's build which is a gift in itself and saved us a lot of time trying several sizes on. Madison reminded us of mouth guard, scientific calculator, and an extra tie, all of the things I'd thought I'd remember to purchase but hadn't. The shop itself was extremely tidy, the assistants were quick to help any new customers. A very well oiled machine. Madison made what could have been a stressful experience with two younger children in tow a very quick and easy one. Highly recommend Newnham Court's Monkhouse
