I should have known better than to order from this website. What I ordered looked completely different online than what I received. I contacted customer service that I wanted to return the items and they kept wanting me to send pictures. They first told me I could return if I pay for shipping to China or I only get 25% back if I kept the items. When I disagreed they told me they’d refund me if I gave them 5 star reviews. SO DONT believe any of the good reviews you read because they make people write them in order to issue full refunds. What a horrible company.

Momyknows has been an amazing partner for me! It started off when I purchased clothing from them for my maternity shoot and baby shower. The quality of the clothing was really good! Following my self driven review of their product, they asked if they could send me additional clothing for my honest reviews. I loved all of the items that they sent me! They were quick with shipping, and thorough with communication. I highly recommend purchasing and doing business with Momyknows!

My experience was horrible. I was excited for my baby shower dress to come but never received my package. I emailed customer service and they gave me some BS excuse that the package was signed for but I have a ring camera at my house and no package ever arrived. They asked me to go find it at the local post office which was not there either. This company is a scam, the customer service sucks. You’ll be wasting your money!!

Highly recommend Momyknows for maternity clothing and dresses… I purchased my babyshower dress from this site and I could not have been happier. Please make sure you look at garment sizing to ensure you’re getting the right fit for you mommy bod.. but trust me, you won’t be disappointed 🤍

Ordering went great and the items came quickly buy what I ordered vs what I received was completely different. I reached out to be “approved” for a return and was asked to give details about what didn’t work about the items, (which part of the body it didn’t fit). Then given 2 options: pay to mail it back to China to get a “full refund” or keep the items and be compensated 20-25% of what I paid for the items and a strong insistence on taking the compensation. Received my dress with a rip in it. Quality of product was poor but they were quick to respond and rectify the problem.

Ordered 2 dresses for the upcoming wedding. Both were beautiful. Shipping takes about a month to US, so plan accordingly.

Absolutely horrible. Very poor material and there is no normal return policy. They make you send a ton of emails back and forth to someone from China who tries to convince you to keep it. Then they tell you to go to the post office and find out how much the shipping cost is to send back. Horrible company - do not order from.

Don't shop from them, they are a horrible company. I got a maternity dress for my baby shower, but it didn't fit me and I wanted to return it. I wrote them immediately and got one response. I emailed them twice because they ignored me. They said that I would need to pay for my own shipping back to China if I want to return the item and receive a full refund, or I can receive a 20% amount compensation. I spent $60 and got nine dollars back. I won't shop with them ever again.

Great dress

Horrible. Ordered a dress and paid for express shipping just for it to be “arriving late” unable to track and very sketchy. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and they replied once with a tracking website I’ve never heard of but they’ve since unsent the email. I don’t recommend at all !!!!

The photos are definitely not what the dresses look like!!! All those reviews are fake!! I ordered two dresses and was expecting them to look like the photos based off the reviews and they were the ugliest/cheapest made dresses I’ve ever purchased. Waste of money! Total scam company with China shit made dresses!!

Not only is communicating with this company a horror, they reply on your reviews, expecting you to provide personal information on this review website. There is not even a way to reply to reviews for us! This company wants me to pay almost $50 to return items that didn't fit and were not as advertised.

I’m currently emailing with their customer service team. I purchased two dresses for a maternity session. 1 worked out well. Fantastic quality and looks as shown in the photos. The other however is literally unwearable. The material left scratches on my skin ! So itchy and looks nothing like the photos. I am starting to believe that all of those reviews on there of each item are false. :( I hope they can compensate me because as another person said, sending back the item will be just as expensive if not more and I fear it can get lost in the mail. This sucks —-I wouldn’t purchase from them again. I’m grateful I at least received the items. Look elsewhere ladies. Somewhere reputable —Amazon is better.

I ordered the “Momyknows White Ruffle Ruched High Waist Puff Sleeve Cute Photoshoot Maternity Maxi Dress” for my upcoming maternity photos. I was very pleased that the dress arrived quickly and in great condition. The dress looks just like the pictures online. I am so excited to wear it for my upcoming photo shoot!

Great experience, wonderful products

This company is a scam, I paid $70 for a dress. Never received my package contacted the merchant and they kept on telling me to reach out to the post office because it seemed like the package was signed for. I work 8-5 and i certainly DID NOT sign, they are making things up. I had 4 days going back and forth and it got me no where. Horrible customer service, DO NOT order from this site.

I wish I had read the reviews earlier. The dress I received looked nothing like the picture. The color was wrong and very bad quality. When I contacted customer service they told me my only options are to pay for shipping all the way to China or get a 20% refund. What kind of scam are they running?!

I wish I would have looked up this company first. I agree with all the comments below. My dress DOES NOT look like the pictures. Color does not match. I wrote to them & they said if I want to return I must pay shipping to China! What !!!! You sent me the wrong color??? So disappointed.

Terrible quality and looks NOTHING like the pictures. I ordered two dresses. One shows it as a maxi off the shoulder sweater dress. What I received is what looks like a towel. It is short, barely covers my butt, and the fold down part of the dress is minimal, while the picture shows tons of fabric. It’s also incredibly transparent. It’s basically mesh so you can’t wear it without wearing something underneath it. The other dress is MUCH smaller than it should be. I ordered an XL and it is TINY like a small. It looks more like the pictures, but still not exact. Refunds and returns are non existent with this company. I took a chance even after reading all of these reviews, I wish I didn’t.
