I visited your Molton Brown Store yesterday in Dalton Park Outlet Co. Durham. I was impressed by the friendly, welcoming and informative help I received from Vicky. It was my first time shopping at Dalton Park and I will be definitely be going there again for my Christmas shopping.

My wife and I recently visited the Molton Brown Outlet in Gretna (Caledonian Park, Scotland) and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, whose genuine kindness immediately put us at ease. She was especially attentive to my pregnant wife, ensuring she felt completely comfortable and stress-free throughout our visit.
What truly stood out was the manager’s thoughtful approach—she encouraged us to try samples before making any purchases, which made us feel confident and valued as customers. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, allowing us to take our time exploring the products without any pressure.
Overall, the exceptional customer service, combined with the welcoming environment and the manager’s considerate care, made our visit memorable and enjoyable.

I visited this store a few weeks ago and really enjoyed shopping here. Was greeted by lovely young lady as I arrived. And was then served by the manager, Angelo, when I had decided what I wanted to buy. Both staff were polite and approachable, and Angelo was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Really lovely store to visit with lovely staff. But as it's not the largest of stores, I was relieved to be there when it wasn't too busy, to have the space to look around leisurely without bumping into people.

I live in Spain. I always buy there and I think you were a very good company. I buy last time in Isolee. Terrible. They say me I need to have an app named Shop to do a follów of my packet. Never works. From the beginning the app says me I have received my box. I send several email to isolee but one answer. The purchase takes more than 8 days With no tracking. And then I receive a horrible box With no free samples. Not is What you say in your Page.

I wish to compliment staff at Molton Brown Cribbs Causeway, I went to the ‘Luxury Event at Molton Brown Cribbs Causeway’ on 29/8. I was welcomed into the store with warmth and offered a drink at the bar. I then received a arm and hand massage from Annabelle, which was so relaxing, she put me at ease and I felt so relaxed. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and I was especially impressed with the live plants in store, that really contribute to the general care and attention to detail. Thank you so much!

Visited the St. Paul's store in June to buy some souvenirs for taking back to Malaysia. Served by Loredana Anton, who is very polite and professional. She's taken the time to go through the fragrance that I like. Also given me some fragrance samples to try out. Well done for a good service.

I visited your store in Cambridge and was very disappointed with the customer service I received.
I wanted to look at the rosemary shampoo and conditioner. I was approached straight away, the lady offering to help me. I explained what I was looking for and I asked her if you did samples of the shampoo and conditioner as I wanted to know if it would be suitable for my hair type. She said yes, she had small bottles to purchase, however upon checking she then told me they were out of stock. She then asked if I was going to buy a small bottle of black pepper shower gel! I was a bit confused
I then tried the shampoo on my hand at the basins in store, it smelled really nice but of course this gave me no idea as to if it would be suitable for my hair.
After I washed my hand with the shampoo I looked for a paper towel to dry my hands on, there were none. The member of staff who had spoken to me presented me with a half used roll of toilet paper to dry my hands on! Absolutely not the standard I expect from a Molton Brown store
I feel so strongly about this that I felt I had to contact you. The member of staff I encountered did not listen to me, gave me incorrect information about products and offended me by giving me a toilet roll which was part used
Could I please ask if you do infact provide small samples of shampoo and conditioner?

I seem to have had the opposite experience to most reviewers. I have recently started buying Molton Brown products after a break of many years and remember them as being lovely smelling shower gels and lotions for men & women (Rose Granati for example) but my most recent purchases seem to me to be overwhelmingly masculine perfumes (e.g Fiery Pink Pepper) which do absolutely nothing for me, horrible. I won’t be buying any again. The delivery from John Lewis via Royal Mail however has been fine, unusual for RM.

Visited the Trafford centre Molton Brown and had the most amazing customer service from the lovely Elise B. Wow wow wow! Honestly this girl needs a pay raise. From the minute I walked through the door she was amazing and very professional. Definitely recommend come here if Elise is in! Thank you for the lovely recommendation on the boyfriends scents.

Good products, shame about the web site.
After many years of using the web site for purchases and being a member of the Molton Brown Rewards Club, I am still unable to use the points/ rewards I generate.
The site produces a code when I redeem the points but it NEVER takes the value of points from the order. I have told the company about this before and they are not bothered in the slightest. It must be £50 plus I have missed out on.
Don't be seduced by the offer of points, they don't work as you cannot go back and use them again as the web site greys out the box as USED.
The web site is only pennies more than local retailers, that's why I use it.

One of these people not only super friendly, helpful but goes the extra mile. Even rang me back to provide me with additional choice of something that has been discussed. I've bought multiple items from MB, online and instore, over several years.
The latest "purchase" was online, however their delivery service (Amazon Shipping) is absolutely terrible - four attempted deliveries and they can't seem either find the address or do something as simple as ring an intercom (that's assuming they even try in the time slot they say and not four hours later). One thing that didn't help is that their systems don't seem to integrate with Apple Pay correctly - full detailed address in my Apple Pay account, but the shipment cut out key details - I updated the address via the tracking option, but it hasn't taken affect.
If you like MB products, do not buy direct online, either buy from a third party or go to a store.

A FUIRE ABSOLUMENT
J’ai passé une commande, il y a plus de six semaines, cette commande elle est arrivée incomplète car un des parfums de 7,5 ml était absent et le bouchon d’un autre parfum n’y était pas non plus. J’ai contacté le service client qui m’a confirmé un remboursement dans les quelques jours qui suivent. Trois semaines plus tard, n’ayant toujours pas eu de remboursement, je les ai recontacté, ils m’ont reposé les mêmes questions comme si c’était la première fois qu’ils entedent parler du problème. La fameuse question est-ce que le colis est arrivé abîmé? Question à laquelle je répondais toujours que non, l’emballage était intacte, le parfum n’y était pas. Il continuait à me répondre qu’ils vont examiner le souci et moi j’attendais. Cette semaine j’ai essayé de les recontacter et ce matin je reçois ceci :

Nous avons visionné les images de la caméra de sécurité filmant l'emballage de votre commande.
Les images montrent que, cette fois-ci, votre colis était correctement emballé.
Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vous offrir un remboursement ou un remplacement pour le moment.
Nous avons fermé votre compte et n'accepterons plus de commandes.
Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée.
Donc, pas seulement, il me vole mon argent, mais en plus c’est moi qu’on jette de voleuse. Et en plus il bloque l’accès à mon compte. Il est inutile de préciser que plus jamais j’achèterai cette marque alors que j’étais une cliente fidèle , et que je ne me laisserai absolument pas faire, et je ferai tout le nécessaire pour Leur faire payer leur manière de traiter leurs clients bien cher. À éviter absolument si vous tenez à votre temps, énergie et argent.
