Fosse Park Leicester is excellent. Greeted by Raine, who made my very bad week a whole lot better! My electric wheelchair broke. The shop rented out a mobility scooter which enabled me to do some shopping yesterday. She informed me the shop fix's wheelchairs too. So I rang today and booked in for the shop to fix it with a lovely person on the phone. Will update my review when my wheelchair is hopefully fixed, but so far 5*. I don't normally write reviews, but Raine went out of her way yesterday to really help. Thanks a lot.

Raine was friendly, polite and informative. I was renting a wheelchair just for use at Fosse Park but may have to rent one for a few weeks and will definitely head back to MMUK if I do. Raine ensured I knew how to use the wheelchair before I left and greeted me by my name when I returned it. A very pleasant experience.

Had the best experience with Andrew Holden from the start of picking a scooter all the way to delivering it can’t explain how much happy he made the whole time. The staff in the shop where so helpful as well would recommend them for anyone who has mobility problems

The purchase of a lightweight wheelchair was all carried out at home. The total experience was dealt with by Mark who was knowledgeable, efficient and with a very friendly nature and without any pressure to purchase.
Overall it was a hassle-free procedure to purchase this most suitable and quality wheelchair.

I just wanted to share my heartfelt gratitude to an absolutely brilliant team at Modern Mobility. I visited with my elderly mother to see if they could assist with an issue, nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were extremely patient and knowledgeable, the most important is they were not pushy, would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of assistance without hesitation, and we will be back for further assistance. Mum absolutely loves her scooter. Thank you all!!!

Haven’t been to Fosse Park shopping centre for many years due to breathing and mobility problems. The thought of walking around just put me off. However looked on the website and discovered Modern Mobility and better still they hired scooters out. Spoke to a very helpful young lady called Raine and she pre-booked me a scooter for the following day. There was a small fee of £1 per hour, which I thought was very reasonable. Thanks Modern Mobility & Raine for enabling me to enjoy a day shopping with my family.

As soon as we contacted Modern Mobility team and spoke to Raine, we were greeted with professional and good customer service.
My mum needed a type of trolley as her mobility was getting worse so we needed her to be able to get to the kitchen, to transport a tray with a drink.
The team was on it and they had a few of these items in store (bonus) and we immediately bought the item, which had multiple uses…..amazing….
Everyone, was friendly with additional information which was helpful.

I had phoned Modern Mobility before our visit on Monday and spoken to Nick. When we arrived at the Fosse Park shop he remembered that I’d called and my partners name. Nick assessed our needs and recommended two foldable wheelchairs. He gave my partner time to sit and try them. He was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I would thoroughly recommend anyone with mobility needs to use modern mobility and thus store

I have been into the Leicester store recently enquiring about a rising chair for my mum as a family friend pushed me in their direction and I have seen lots of great reviews, wow is all I can say!! Beckys knowledge helped me with any doubts and worry’s I had about getting something like this for mum. The other chap there made me feel at home with his humour (sorry I didn’t get his name) . i will definitely be back in touch to order mum a chair 😁
PS I was not surprised to see so many good reviews but I just thought I would add the review that is 1 star I think is so unrealistic. Why would someone complain about a business having cameras, doesn’t every business have them?
