When the application "Sign Here" box is checked during the application process, the applicant is signifying that the agreement disclosures provided constitutes an electronic signature. Under the Mobiloans “Terms & Conditions” section, within the “Disclosures,” customers are advised that the MobiLoans line of credit features two (2) billing cycles per month, resulting in two (2) payments due each month. Also in this section, it specifically details our cash advance fees and finance charges and how they are applied to customer accounts.
