Very disappointing service. I took my iPad in for a charging port repair and was told it would take 3 hours. It actually took 3 days, supposedly due to waiting for a new port.
I was then called to say it was ready, made a 22-mile round trip, and was told they’d made a mistake and it wasn’t ready. I collected it the following day and noticed the screen protector was cracked.
Once home, I found that although it was charging, the earphones no longer worked. I returned it again and after another 2 days was told they couldn’t fix it. Despite this, I was charged £89 and had to buy Bluetooth earbuds and a new screen protector from them.
When I got home, I also noticed the actual screen was chipped, which was not there before the repair.
In total, I was without my iPad for 5 days, it came back with new damage, and I lost functionality. Very poor communication, wasted time, and the device was returned in worse condition than when I left it.
Very helpful guys sorted out my upgrade from an old iphone 8 to an iphone 12 with no problem .
Just spoilt by an older couple who came in to have an i pad fixed . The guy was really helpful in explaining what he could do for them . The women then answered oh why cant you speak english i cant understand a word your saying !!! It was so so rude but the guy ignored the comment and carried on trying to help her . I would have asked her to leave the shop ! One horrible ignorant women and one shop worker who rose above her comments !!
I have still to get my head around what these guys did.
My phone went on the blink, no Internet, no nothing.
I spent ages with GiffGaff to try and sort it out, nothing happening.
Like you have to log in but you can't log in because you have no Internet connection.
So I go to Mobile Solutions...
I present my [not] phone, (a Galaxy) ... what can you do. GiffGaff are not answering,
I have no phone no txt no Internet.
The phone is a BookEnd.
It took them 15 minutes to sort out a problem that had been driving me insane in the membrane for three weeks...,
So it's a Yes from me.
As I'm giving the shop a plug, with 15minutes to spare, looking at the laptops... I'll be back.
Genuinely, it was crazy how they got it sorted.
In time for the bells.

Fantastic service at a really good price! had dropped my Samsung and had jammed/broken the on/off button. Popped in and all sorted within 10 minutes by one of the engineers. All for a really good price. 3rd or 4th time I've used the guys and always been a superb service. Thanks again, much appreciated.
Mobile Solutions Norwich is extremely dishonest when it comes to selling your phone. The prices they advertise on their website are nothing more than bait to get you through the door. Once you arrive, the reality is completely different — the offers are almost half of what is promised online, sometimes even lower than the prices they claim to pay for faulty or broken devices.
This kind of practice is misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. It’s unacceptable for a business to lure customers in with false information and then try to undervalue their devices so drastically. It shows a clear lack of integrity and respect for customers.
If you’re thinking of selling your phone here, don’t bother. Save yourself the frustration and look for a shop that is honest and transparent about their pricing.
Extremely efficient repaired my cracked iPhone screen within a hour it is now as good as new. Was not as pricey as I expected.
The gentleman who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards the repair.

Had issues with mobile , refused to refund but charge a rental. Rude ,

Quietly efficient. Not at all pushy to get a sale. Gave good description of item proposed and then included download from phone I was exchanging. (Not sure if trade in was good price). Well worth a visit if you are exchanging or buying a new phone.

Came in with a completely smashed iphone in pieces and needed the data recovered, amazing team that managed to recover the data and transfer to the new iPhone that we purchased with them. Will definitely be back in future.
On Monday 10/3/24 my Sony Xperia Died. I took it to Mobile Solutions in Perth on 11/03/24. Unfortunately it was The Mother Board and On Off Switch. I was advised it was not practical and costly to repair. Totally Honest Guys. I took advice and purchased a Samsung Galaxy A05S 128GB New. Collected 19/03/24 and kept my same number. Phone and workings well explained, New Fold Over Protective Case and Fast Charging Adaptor. 5 Star Friendly Welcoming Service and Professional and Personal. Excellent Price and I 100+ % have no hestitation in Recommending Mobile Solutions and Their Staff. Well Done Guy's and Me Well Pleased.
I dropped my phone and broke the screen on Saturday and it was fully repaired and fitted with a new screen case and screen protector the next morning. Took it to Mobile Solutions and looked after by Patrick..very nice young man with excellent customer support. This is my 3rd visit having had my laptop hard drive updated and my mobile updated with excellent results. Definitely recommend this service. Thanks again Mobile Solutions for your professional friendly service 👍
I bought a DEVIA 22.5w fast charger power bank at Great Yarmouth on the 28th of August 2023, I went back to the store on the 28th of November to return it because the USB C port stopped working and I couldn't charge it. the battery, so I left it there for a day for testing... when I went back to get it and find out some more information about the device, the assistant told me that it was ok, and I told him again, so does the USB C work? He told me no, but you can use another port to charge. And I told him, I have an invoice and warranty for the product, if the product doesn't work I want a new product! The response was so poor, you can charge it through another port, and we only give a 2 month warranty... After all, it's the same as if I buy a new phone there, the speaker stops working and he tells me no Does it matter, so I can answer calls by speakerphone?
Avoid this store!
I bought a MacBook charger from this place and brought it back with the receipt as I inspected it after and it wanted a charger cable that was more robust. When I asked for my refund the employee (who was a nice lad) called his boss who wanted £10, 'for his time'. It literally took two seconds for him to plug the charger into the laptop to test it. The guy who runs this place is dodgy and the fact that they seem desperate for money i.e. taking money for basic customer service, is an absolute joke. It's a shame because the other staff members were decent folk. Avoid this 'shop', it's very dodgy.
