Quick payment, no problems, reliable service

Had an upgrade, which i didn't need. I found mobiletrade in on google. I input the details of the phone to get a price. I had searched many mobile phone buyers, and these guys paid the best price.

Sent off the phone, I received an email to say they received it that morning, sent over my ID and any relevant paperwork and I received payment the same day.

Great service from start to finish. Shipped a brand new iPad M4. Whole process took less than a few hours once the device was received. They keep me informed throughout. I did have to sign a disclosure agreement to say that I would keep up with contract payments. But this is standard process nowadays.

The level of service from this business is exemplary. There are so many sharks out there and ones that may offer higher prices only to reveal they are a corrupt organisation. Mark was super efficient and the process relatively easy to navigate and payment made swiftly. Without a doubt I will only use this company for any other phone sales.

I sent my phone from Glasgow (7+ hours away). Phone arrived just after 10am the following day and I was informed via email almost immediately.

I was asked for proof of contract and proof of ID (passport or driving license) and to sign an agreement basically promising not to mark the item as lost/stolen or acting in a manner that will cause the device to be blocked.

In under two hours all of this was processed and the full amount I was offered was sent to my bank account.

The price given was also better than competitor pricing.

I would use mobilephonetradein in future and will recommend to family and friends.

Selling a brand new phone, a very good price offered, postage and packaging supplied quickly. They had a few questions about the phone, it was all dealt with really quickly and the payment was made the same day, at the mount I was quoted, no hidden costs, no nasty surprises. From them shipping the packaging to payment received only 4 days, couldn't have been quicker. As others have said I would strongly recommend them and would definitely use again.

Had a new upgrade that I didn't need and decided I'd rather have the cash instead, so looked around and saw that these guys were offering the best price by quite a bit.

I decided to ship the device myself and used royal mail special delivery, as it was an expensive item. I got into the post office about 2 minutes before they closed on Monday and I have just had the money go in to my account.

The whole process was dead easy and really quick. Cannot fault them. If I have anymore unwanted items in the future, I will definitely be using again.
