Still haven't received my delivery - four days overdue. I ordered with Mobile-Mate because the promised next day delivery.

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order.
According to your tracking number, your order was dispatched the same day as it was placed, and arrived at the Murarrie distribution center the following day. Unfortunately, there have been no further updates since that time.
We have contacted Australia Post to initiate a formal investigation into this delivery, and we are currently awaiting their response. To allow sufficient time for a thorough search of their facilities, we would like to wait until the end of this week to see if the parcel is located.

The purchase was very easy, the product was delivered very seedily and the quality is very good.

Not good to deal with.
The company advertised the exact cover for my tablet but sent the older model cover instead. They insisted it was the same but with the stylus pocket inside, it was a squeeze. Despite the money back guarantee, I had to make a claim through PayPal, then pay to send it back to get my refund. The company wanted me to defraud Australia Post by using the same post bag by writing return to sender on the bag. This is not the right thing to do & also would have meant no tracing number. They were rude, condescending & bullying. I would NOT buy from this company.
If the item advertised is what I purchased, why did you not send that to me? You are lying when you state I did not send you photos. PayPal recieved the same ones, via the email copy I sent to you. The email I sent you is, hey presto, in my email sent file! Again, condescending, deceptive & mistaken in treating me like a fool. These are of course my review opinions. Perhaps you should take on someone who wont get the facts straight.
Again, why did you not send the A11+ cover as purchased, which you said you would send, provided I returned the one you sent incorrectly, in thr A11+ packaging & mark it as Return To Sender? Why would you instruct me to defraud Australia Post? Why would you make such an instruction without receiving my email complete with photos?
All you had to do was send me the as advertised A11+ cover, which I purchased. There was no notation in your advert of a possible A9+ replacement.

The item has been returned via new postage, as it's not legal to try to use the already assigned tracking & to falsely claim the item is being returned by using the same mmm e packaging for a different item.
As you say you will refund my postage, go right ahead & pay it to my PayPal account. I accepted your offer of a PayPal refund if I returned the item, you have it now, so refund the postage. This amount is on the packaging you recieved the returned cover inside of.
The dimensions perhaps are the same of the tablets but as the one you sent had a stylus slot built into it, mine had to squeeze into it & was going on & off. I now have a cover for an A11+, which fits perfectly.
To clarify, you advertised the A11+, there were no notices to say you may be sending an A9 cover. If there was, I would have asked if you had one for an A11+. This I clarified with the retailer who sold me the one I asked for.
No matter how many times you say it, the fact remains, you sent me one I did not request or pay for.
Yes, refund my postage via PayPal!

To assist you effectively, we requested photographs to help identify the cause of the fitment issue. As we did not receive these details, we were unable to accurately determine the problem or provide an immediate resolution.
When returning the satchel, use the same satchel and tracking number; we will pay the postage fee upon collection.
