I think they are a scam. Like the other poster, I ordered over 3 months ago, it still says processing, they are not responding to any of my info requests I will be reporting it to my credit card as fraud.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and their customer service.

Their website advertises multiple ways to contact support, including website chat, Facebook chat, and email. Unfortunately, none of them were reliable. The chat feature on their website does not work at all, and the Facebook chat went completely unresponsive after sending a few messages.

I placed an order in November and never received it. For nearly two months I wasn’t given any tracking information or meaningful updates. I sent 10–15 emails trying to get help and only received about three responses, none of which actually resolved the issue.

When I was finally told in January that they could discuss resending the order, I asked if it could be expedited, since my packages had already been missing for months and they had never provided tracking information. I was told I would have to pay extra for expedited shipping—even though the original order had never arrived due to their failure to provide proper tracking or support. I said never mind, and to just go ahead with the order.

Shortly after that, my emails started being ignored completely, I never received new tracking information and the replacement orders were never sent.

By February, after months of waiting and no resolution, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which thankfully reimbursed me. Ironically, the company suddenly responded immediately once the chargeback happened, emailing me to say there was an “issue with my payment.”

There were many additional issues throughout this process, but the overall experience was the same: unresponsive support, broken communication channels, and no accountability.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.
