No complaints about the doctor, they tried their best.

But be warned, pharmacies in Finland for example will not fill prescriptions made by a doctor from Mobidoctor. Nothing on the website warns about this. I contacted support via email and live chat, and have been totally ignored, so don't expect any help there either.

My refund request was also ignored. Spare yourself the trouble and the money.

Caution
Digital prescriptions are not accepted in Belgium and some other countries! I wasted €57 for nothing!

Dr Farhad is very good doctor and thinks with you about the situation. I happy with his medical care.

The doctor made it seem like they could replace my medication I lost, but when I got to the pharmacy, they said the dose I need it not available in Germany, and there doesn't seem to be a way for me to take it to get the right dose. When I messaged her after the appointment, she sent me all the dosing info and confirmed the dose I need doesn't exist here. I wish the doctor told me that when we were on the phone. Was a waste of money.

Although at one point I had to emphasise that I did know my body and that I was not experiencing certain effects due to "my mind", I received intelligent, non condescending, caring information for a reasonable fee. Ben in griekenland op vakantie. Zaterdag een binnen een half uur een video call afspraak gehad met een arts van mobidoctor, een recept voorgeschreven gekregen. Helaas kreeg ik het steeds niet mee bij de apotheek, op meerdere plekken geweest op rhodos. Meerdere keren contact gehad met de klantenservice van medidocter, helaas paar keer niet gelukt. Maar ze hebben wel de moeite genomen om contact met de apotheker te zoeken. Door de strenge griekse regelgeving niet het voorgeschreven medicijn gekregen. Maar door het goed mee denken en nieuw recept voor te schrijven is het toch goed gekomen. Ik raad medidocter zeker aan, het heeft wat gekost. Maar ben zeker geholpen zonder naar een arts hier te hoeven gaan op het eiland! Bedankt aan Chris van de klantenservice en de des betreffende arts!!!!

Very bad service...

Ghost Appointment
Logged on 10 minutes before, as instructed, kicked out of platform when appointment started, rejoined quickly in less than 2 minutes, doctor was unavailable. Waited for an hour, no doctor despite many messages that doctor will join shortly. Requested help and a refund from a chatbot, no actual help or service. I think this could be a scam. Disputing the 60 euro charge as no services were provided. They have not responded to my request for a refund and its been a week. Beware.

Good service. Had a little difficulty due to language barrier locating a pharmacy that would dispense my prescription ,the team at Mobidoctor where available online to help me resolve this promptly
I would use the service again and highly recommend, my holiday is back on track
