I have ordered BATUMI WALNUT SLIDING WARDROBE - 203cm one week ago and in the next day I received a call and mail from them that I will receive the product in 7 working days but in the next day I received a call from the company and they said my ordered product is not in stock and they can provide me different colour but I declined and I wanted to cancel my order then they said okay. And till now I haven’t received my money back and also the company is not responding to my chats/calls and emails. I don’t trust this company whenever I do chat in their website initially they give reply for me but once I tell them about cancellation they do go away from chat and they may hours of waiting and they tries to avoid me. The same happens when call Mn furniture. So if trustpilot can do anything to in this case kindly do and make them to provide my refund money back as soon as possible. I don’t trust this company anymore.

I Bought from their Facebook page was delivered I paid cash opened it up to discover it was damaged beyond use and not white gloss as advertised contacted them time and time again to be ignored I have now issued a claim for my refund through the small claims court as I have no other option.

I brought this furniture on the basis that it was assembled upon delivery. Delivery was 2 days late and at almost 11pm at night. When I called to arrange assembly they kept telling me they would get back to me but no one does. I have 5 contact numbers for this company no one picks up. I also have an email but they are not replying. I cannot put the furniture together and the quote they gave me of £50 for assembly is no where near what people will charge. I’m in contact with trading standards, I have the company owners details, address and company house info as well as his business associate. This is awful customer service!

Please stay clear of these cowboys...infact cowboys are hard working and useful, anything you buy of this rogue company will be of no use. The customer service is none existent. They take your money and want nothing else to do with you. The furniture is of the lowest quality possible. The paint flakes of easily and wood chips away. Plenty of missing parts, nothing is aligned as it should be and doors don't even fit on the wardrobe. Absolute waste of money...oh and they use fake 5 star reviews. Look at the location the 5 star reviews are from. Please stay clear of these crooks.

I bought an expensive 203 cm wardrobe! Come to me damage! Tried to solve with the company! They ignored and said is just a “ little damage”!! I never wanted a discount! I wanted the piece damaged replaced! They are liars! They promised warranty but they won’t give you!!! Even receipt… is not provided! Run away from them you will lose money!

Easy to deal with from Website to quick delivery. Product exactly as described with quoted price. Would use company again.

Did Feel a bit concerned after ordering the wardrobe via Ebay and seeing all the negative reviews on here.

It came in about 8/9 days after ordering, Delivery Driver and his colleague was friendly and did put it where I asked them to and gave me an hours notice before coming which was really helpful.

Instructions are poor and really vague and would’ve been easier if everything was numbered even with someone else fitting it for me.

A downside to me is that On the railing side, if you wear large tops or hang up anything relatively long,you’d rather just have one railing on the top as if you also have the one of the bottom it does touch it and it applies to the bottom to as it’ll just hit the bottom of the wardrobe.

I also would’ve preferred the handles to be metal rather than plastic and if they had provided a bit more wood glue.

Overall it is a really nice wardrobe and was taller than I expected, The Mirrors are a good size and you do get a lot of storage space especially at the top.

It does help if you have 2 people assembling the wardrobe as there are a lot of heavy parts and with some parts of the assembly you’ll benifit with someone to assist you.

Issues with the delivery adress took many contacts to resolve including phone calls and emails

I thought the wardrobes would take a few weeks to be delivered but it only took a few days, which was marvellous.
The delivery guys were very helpful and polite.
I haven't opened the boxes yet as I haven't finished decorating the bedroom so I cannot comment on the wardrobe. But so far it has been a good experience.

Good quality but the manual instruction are not clear . There are more plastic part left and there are not any explanation for that

This company is not trust worthy and the quality of the products is so poor. Missing screws, not levelled shelves.

I ordered two wardrobes and had an email confirmation then no communication whatsoever, tried to call them and chat online numerous times. Then I went online and searched this company’s review, just as I email them asking for a refund, a Person called me saying the delivery was the next day.

Upon receiving the delivery they sent the driver to the wrong address and I had to sent Email confirming my delivery address in order for them to instruct driver to delivery to the correct place. Can’t they just check the order and see themselves?

Assemble took two men 5 hours because the instruction is so poorly written, parts are missing such as screws and, holes for pins are not alligned and they have to drill them on. And they sent me the wrong type of wardrobe I ordered….

scam! scam! scam! scam! scam! be aware. This company is a scammer.

I don't like the service because if u live in flat house the charge more which in not good I don't like service

For the positives: Delivery information was good (even though we were not assisted to take them upstairs) and wardrobe appears sturdy.

For the negatives: The wardrobe arrangement was complete shambles as it neither came with manual instruction nor was it numbered- of what purpose would that be to great customer service?

Other than that, it was great value for money.

This company sell products not as described and not as depicted on their website.
The customer service is disgusting, the staff on the phone are rude and will slam the phone on you when you prove they are miss-selling their products.
When you inform them that you will inform Trading Standards, they merely invite you to do so as they have no shame and are basically crooks.
They misuse Trust Pilot and no doubt will remove or hide this review.
This company needs to be reported and those behind the company prosecuted for their behaviour.

Very good delivery service, quick, and although horrible weather, was only a couple of hours late and they'd come all the way to South Yorkshire from London. Delivery guys very helpful. Wardrobe took longer to put up but am very impressed with the quality and size of it, especially the height, and it looks beautiful in our bedroom. Would definitely purchase from them again.
