A real disappointment, I advise caution to all drivers, The office staff are extremely friendly, but their hands are obviously tied, you can feel their embarrassment when confronted with complaints of non payments so I presume my issue are at normal part of their day, after five visits to their offices in Acton and promises of payment I am still waiting to be paid after 3 months. Clearly a potential for greatness under different management.

This company it’s not pay the drivers ! Be careful !!!
Not answer to email, not answer to the phone !!!

Tried to use for first time today. The booking in advance option didn’t work and no cars available immediately. Can’t remove my payment details or delete account. Can’t get through by phone or message! This will definitely not rival Uber . Please contact me so that I can delete my account
