Like other customers, I placed the order on the Debenhams' website and after receiving the wrong size shoes, the return portal has a glitch and does not generate a return label. Both Debenhams via chat and Miss Diva via email have ignored my requests and I have been unable to return.

The worst customer service ever!!it’s disgraceful i’ve been emailing and calling and they bother responding.
Worst company to ever exist
1. They sent the wrong product or if it is the product it looks nothing like the boots in the advertised picture. I ordered ruched boots but I just got flat fold over boots. 2. Even if this is what I ordered the quality is so disappointing. 3. When I try to return the boots, on the Royal Mail they say retailer cannot be found. I then email the company and try and call them. No response from the email and when you call, the call just ends. This is the worst company ever. Debenhams are also useless as the people miss diva sells through. Stay away from these scammers.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Ordered shoes specifically with a 12cm heel, shoes that arrived were 10cm.
As shoes were not at advertise I’d emailed asking for a prepaid return for a refund.
I’m had one email back asking for the item number, which was provided. Have chased on multiple times and had 1 emails saying leave it with us and nothing since.
Wish I’d looked at the reviews before buying, poor quality items and not as described. Customer service is horrendous

They haven’t refunded me for an item I returned. It’s been two weeks. They don’t reply to emails. Will look into making a complaint about this. Really crooked treating customers like this.

I am extremely frustrated and angry with my recent experience. I ordered a pair of shoes, and when they arrived, they were damaged. I have been trying to reach out for a refund for over three months now, but I have received no response to my emails or messages on Instagram.
You did reply once, but since then, it has been over two months with no communication or resolution. This is absolutely unacceptable! I am very, very, very unhappy with the service I have received. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, and you don't even deserve one star for the way you have handled this situation.
I expect immediate action regarding my refund.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Absolute **** show of a company! No reply to any emails, one response on instagram to ask for the order number, which I sent and then radio silence!!!
Sliders are faulty and I have had no reply to get it rectified…dont even give this company the time of day if you want any form of Customer support!
Same as Temu but double priced
Most of there items are selling in Temu with 50% lower price. I complained about this and they offered 50% off for the next purchase. But, most of there products are exactly same as Temu and priced as double. If I choose any item, doesn't much different as Temu selling items. Furthermost, I purchased those horribly expensive product 10th Dec 2024, and I got delivery today 8th Jan.2025. Terrible experience ever.
Awful customer service
Returned my items multiple weeks ago and still waiting for my money back. No hope in trying to get through to them and i am completely in the dark about whether I’m going to get my refund. Thank god for credit cards.

Hati, Mey, Jeyda are all absolutely amazing hairdressers with so much passion for what she does. I go for weekly blow dry's and honestly don't mind who does my hair as they're so incredible at what they do.
Hati is the colour QUEEN and is always so lovely and welcoming! THE BEST hair salon in Potter bar
Stores disappeared
No response from customer service, phone number from the website and google is switched off. They claim to have stores in Westfield shopping centres in London, but there is no Miss Diva store in any Westfield in London. I can’t even return faulty shoes because the return portal does not work either. Avoid at all cost
Never go near this shop
Never go near this shop. Worst experience ever, I have ordered an item online and I received a used and damaged item. I tried to call the customer service 100 times but no one picked up. I am really disappointed and no idea what to do.

I went into bullring store on the weekend to find my birthday heels and I left with my birthday outfit too! Miss diva bullring staff are very kind and helpful.

My shopping experience there was absolutely amazing .The store had such a trendy and stylish vibe, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They really made me feel welcome and assisted me in finding shoes I was happy with . The selection of clothes was fantastic, with a wide range of options for every style and occasion. I ended up finding some gorgeous pieces that I absolutely love!I had a wonderful time shopping at Miss Diva, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience .
