Took over 4 weeks to arrive. Arrived the day before my event. Tried it on and the sizing was poor. I wanted to return it but now the website has disappeared? I will have to take the loss on this one.

Scammers! I saw this website advertised on TikTok and there was a sale for a dress from £90 to £40…it arrived, no label, no tag, bad quality, poor sizing…it arrived in shine look alike packaging..the website has now disappeared so no option to even request a refund..no response from the email!

Do not buy from these! Order a £40 dress that was damaged in a size medium. It was tiny! Don’t even fit my size 6 daughter. I asked to return it and they told me I would have to pay £24 to return. They offered a £15 refund. I accepted. The money has been pending in my account for 2 weeks and now has disappeared. They have now also blocked my email address. Total con artists! Do not buy from these.

I have had the same experience where the quality of the clothing are poor quality and when asked to return the item I was told the delivery will be at China. SCAMMERS

Absolute Scam of a company.
Seems like a legit company from their Instagram adverts and website only to find out it’s a front for a Chinese business. Dress takes ages to arrive then when it does, the quality is shocking, so when you look how to return it, they quote £30 for delivery back to China. Which is about the same price as the dress itself. Feel like an idiot I’ve been scammed

My dress took weeks to arrive with no communication I honestly thought I’d be scammed.

I ordered a corset dress and when it arrived the corset was all undone and you actually can’t thread it though yourself because the holes are too small. On top of that there are loose threads throughout the whole dress. When I put through a complaint they said I can trim the threads myself so isn’t a fault and didn’t even address my concern with how I can even wear the dress when it’s all undone. They have offered me 15% discount which is CRAZY. Really poor customer service , awful quality of dress. Please do not waste your money. People are right SHEIN offers better quality and service

If I could give no stars I would. Never received the item I ordered and have got not reply when I’ve requested a refund. Complete scam company do not use

Quality of item delivered was drastically different from what was advertised, the actual item resembled something from a market stall.

Delivery was 4 weeks.

Website is a house of mirrors - "Hassle free returns" " Money back guarantee" .. it is a LIE.

If you're not happy with the product, you are given two options 1. Return the product at a cost of £20 - delivery to China or accept 15% refund

I tried to contact cust service but as other reviews state, this company response is the same automatic email.

Honestly disgusting ordered a dress £44 came seams were coming out the dress wrong colour they said they would give me 25% back or i could return for almost cost of the dress. You get better quality off shein

This place is a scam. Honestly avoid at all costs! I wish I looked at reviews before I ordered. Item isn’t what’s advertised. They charge for returns or offer stupid percentage back. Words can’t explain my hate for the people behind this.

Do not buy from this store!!!! The quality and colour of the dress that I ordered is way off from what was advertised. When I asked for a refund they stated that to ship it back it would be £25-30 and offered a 15% refund. I stated that this was unacceptable and is going against consumer rights and after 4-5 emails they ignored my request and increased it by 5% each time. Their tone was condescending in the emails and they were unwilling to cooperate. I've heard from other people that have had the same issue and haven't even received the refund.

Please do NOT shop with this brand or any other of their other companies - trust me there's a few out there!
I ordered a coat in a medium which that's the size I am.. the coat arrived and it definitely wasn't a M UK.. it fitted my 11 year old daughter - it wasn't even a UK 8.
I wanted to return - they refused to accept it and say it would cost me £30 to RTn.. then offered me 15% back but then I didn't even get that! I've sent all proof to my bank so hopefully I get a charge back!
Worst customer service and product

I have ordered from this place and paid for extra tracking and postage with no confirmation of order even arriving or within any process. I have asked the customer service and I’ve had no response. Absolutely awful communication and worried I have been scammed!

Shocking.
Not US based this is all from china. Ordered on 4th, still not sent on 10th. The order is still being processed.And told it will take 10 business days to arrive. Then get an email saying 4 days longer. This will now take around 4 weeks to arrive from date of order- not within the timescales they advertise. The dress will not be here in time for the event and looks like it’s going to cost me more than the dress to return 🤬🤬🤬

I don't know what the bad reviews are about but I ordered multiple items which were such good quality :)) even got complimented on multiple ocassions on the dress I bought.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a dress that took more than 2 weeks to come, when it came it was not what was advertised and the quality is shocking.
I emailed to ask for a refund which they stated that I was not eligible for a refund due to the item being on sale. I then spoke to the manager to told me that I could return the item but it would cost me £35 to ship the item back to China.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is absolutely shocking!

Do not purchase from this brand. I paid nearly £76 for a knitted Co ord and a dress, which were listed as on sale. My order took 17 days to arrive. Once arrived the quality of the clothing was very poor and not at all as described. I have reached out to the company for support in regards to a full refund. They have advised that their policy is that any item on sale is not eligible for a refund. Since placing my order I have noticed that every item on their website has been on sale everyday. This indicates that no customer is eligible for a refund unless an item was damaged. I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.
