I live in Scotland
I bought the Miroshine a few weeks or so ago, after carefully looking and reading all the specs.
I have ONJ and can honestly say this is the only brush that suits my mouth.
I’m rather shocked at some of the negative comments, as they are misleading and not specific.

I was pretty excited about the Miroshine toothbrush when I ordered it but after the experience I have had, I would not recommend that you purchase a toothbrush from them.

Unfortunately, I was sent a defective product, and it is clear from reviews that I am now finding online that I am not the only person experiencing problems. The company’s refund policy clearly states that if the product is defective, they will issue a full refund and they will cover the cost for returning the defective product to them. This has not been my experience at all.

My toothbrush worked until it was time to charge it and then it became very clear that either the toothbrush, the charger, or both, are not working. I cannot charge my toothbrush and consequently cannot use it.

I reached out to customer service and explained the issue. They insisted they needed a video. I sent them a video. They agreed there was a problem and offered to send me a replacement unit. I am concerned the same thing will happen with a new unit, so I asked for a full refund instead. They offered to pay me back 50% and let me keep the unit. I declined – the unit is completely non-functional, why would I want to keep it and only be reimbursed 50% of the cost. They then said they would provide me a full refund but that I would have to first return the defective product to them at my own expense (with tracking, of course). I am refusing as they sent me a defective product and should reimburse me in full according to their own refund policy.

I will update this review if there is some sort of resolution to this issue.

Now this toothbrush is a real invention compared to what I used before. Im talking about the aluminum handle. It just feels like brushign with an iphone and funny enough, it gives a pretty good clean too. If you want something sleek - that a recommendation from me.

This toothbrush is much better than the OralB I was using before. Light, effective and great battery life. Very compact so great for travel. Don't need to pack the charger if your trip is less than a month and a half!

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now for 4 items no connection nothing. I can’t even get my money back !

Previously I was using a Sonic Care electric toothbrush which I thought was alright. I saw the ad for Miroshine and thought I'd give it a try as the Sonic Care wasn't holding a charge anymore. Best decision I've made!!! Great product, gently on the gums, cleans great and holds a charge for a long time!!

I bought this as I was doing a 30 day hike and one thing I always miss is my electric toothbrush. Weighing in at 50 grams and having 6 weeks battery life I had to try.
I couldn’t actually believe the battery lasted the whole hike and then some. While I don’t think it gives as good a clean as my oral b it is definitely much better than a standard toothbrush.
This will now be my travel toothbrush for sure.

I just started using it last week. So far I like it but did like the round brush on my OralB. I especially like the disinfecting part as I always hated toothbrush being out in the open.

I received my product on time, so far so good.. powerful and stylish. Does the job.. will give an updated review after a few months as this will be my travel toothbrush

Honestly, i wasn't expecting much when i purchased but it actually blew my mind. i'm not one to write reviews but i had to just come on and say how good it is.

I see some people may have had issues with shipping, but mine was fine and totally worth it.

The product arrived in good time, albeit with no charger. Fortunately I had a few spare.

it is well made, and a good design, but lacks any User Guide of substance.

It does a great job of cleaning, although the tingling sensation take some getting used to. I got my Dentist to give a second opinion, and she rated it highly, although did say that the technology is no better than the likes of many other top brands, just different.

I like the fact that it holds its charge, and has a compact carry case.

Ordered in November and still haven't received the product. The tracking number included in the order indicates no movement since it was tagged for shipping three weeks ago. The customer service team seems completely unconcerned, replying to my email queries with comments like "Thanks for reaching out! Sorry you haven't received your product yet! Don't hesitate to reach out again if you have questions!" Yet never any information about my order. It would be almost comical if I hadn't invested the money.
I would think very carefully before ordering.

One of the best toothbrushes i've used!

People have said it can be quite expensive, but it's honestly worth every penny. + it will likely last you way longer than those plastic ones.

Ordered two toothbrushes which arrived with completely different chargers.

Contacted the customer services and was not given any reason for this.

Both broke 9 months later. Contacted customer service again and was told the warranty ran out at 6 months!

Don’t buy this complete inferior product. A complete waste of money

Absolutely love mine. Have just travelled to Europe for 3 weeks and haven't needed to charge it.
Love the fact that it has its own carry case.
Delivered promptly, packed well and my teeth feel fabulous and unlike other electric toothbrushes it isn't messy.

The toothbrush itself is good. Trouble is that it comes with a charging base that needs to be plugged in to a 5V USB adapter. They do not include one with the brush. I have many rechargeable devices and a universal charger with multiple cables, but it does not have the 5V port that is needed. The only way I can charge it is at my office on a laptop. They keep telling me it is a “universal 5V charger”. Ridiculous for an overpriced item.

Don’t waste your money, once you order you hear nothing back from them. The product apparently comes from China, which isn’t a problem if you know that up front so you can allow shipping time in case you want it for a present. I’ve tried contacting them 5 times through various ways, online chat, website, via their ads etc, with nothing but silence.

Overpriced and ineffective – looks good, does nothing

Yes, the Miroshine electric toothbrush is cute and stylish, and the battery life is excellent — I haven’t had to charge it since I unpacked it. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

As a toothbrush, it’s a flop. There is no noticeable difference between the three cleaning modes that Miroshine claims it has. It feels weak and ineffective, and simply does not clean like an electric toothbrush should — especially at this price point.

I bought these as Christmas gifts for my sons and I’m honestly embarrassed to give them. They are vastly overpriced for what they actually do.

To make things worse, I contacted customer support and was offered a 50% refund while keeping the product “to avoid the hassle of a return.” I agreed to this offer immediately and then… silence. No refund. No follow-up. Nothing.

My impression is that this partial-refund offer is designed to quiet customers and discourage negative reviews, not to resolve issues properly. It didn’t work here.

At the end of the day, this is an expensive product that prioritises looks over performance. Save your money and buy a toothbrush that actually cleans your teeth.

I've had some of the most expensive electric toothbrush made by Philip and Oral-B. I'm a perfectionist so I tried many other brands also. It wasn't till I found mirishine that I really became happy. I'm going on a month now and I still haven't charged it up. Also the pulsating action of the brush not only is it comfortable but it's really polishing my teeth and making them white. I use to hate brushing my teeth but now I look forward to it also has that squeaky clean I guess because the brush is running at such a high RPM. Also the toothbrush is very quiet and doesn't make much noise. I highly ecommended it!
