Very bad experience, i ordered my necklace with morse code with specific name and to be gold , i received it silver with extra dash which made the name wrong, when i contacted you they told me we will check and no answer till now

I have ordered for car logo on the wallet but I received crown logo , very much disappointed

I ordered black.wallet with car charm on it... but wallet was sent with a crown charm... i waited for 9 days and still got wrong piece..

The whole experience was the worst EVERRR!

I wanted a customised bracelet, someone contacted me to ask about the design, I sent him all the details he told me to wait in order to confirm the possibility, after one day he replied with a “yes it’s possible mam”, and then after 7 days, and exactly a day before the delivery day, I contacted him to check the status of my order, and here was the calamity … he replied to me easily by a: sorry mam it is not possible to make the bracelet you need because the customised shape is big”

It is the worst experience ever
They caused a huge inconvenience to me
I hate them! And I think NO ONE should deal with them

I have placed my order up on ur ad in Facebook and I have received a completely different wallet, I have contacted the team and sent mail but no reply for the mail...I spent 300dhs . It's not a small amount for me...I am waiting for a wise decision from the team otherwise I will raise a complaint...
