Some of the promos are scams. The daily chests are supposed to be available after you deposit $50. Mind you I am a fully verified member of the site. I had deposited $70 and couldn't claim then nbd I reached out to support and they said I could claim. Them the next day and the next day it took several tried to get support to even respond to what I said to them, and then when they finally did they were on topic but mostly ignoring my messages and didn't really do anything to remedy the situation at all

I need to apologize for my previous poor review. I jumped the gun on leaving it, and did not give the casino a chance to respond. Their email response time is still not what you see at some other RTG casinos, but they have since provided specific, and understandable details of why they could not verify.

I have addressed the specific issue that prevented them from verifying me. I would have just removed my review, but fekt the need to publicly apologize for my hasty, unjustified review.

Hopefully everything will be resolved soon.

DO NOT PLAY HERE! They are the only casino I've ever had problems with verifying kyc. They are scamming people into making deposits and using kyc verification as an excuse to deny paying out player winnings. They have denied every picture I've sent them along with a video. They won't verify their legitimacy or the fact their licence is valid. I never had any problems verifying at other casinos like this which include Brango, Extreme, Yabby, Pacific Spins, Bettywins, and Limitless. I will reach out to these casinos and inform them they are promoting a big scam. Please stick to these other casinos because they are some of the best sites to play and their support will not work you over and keep giving you the runaround when trying to verify. Well at first I was concerned about my withdrawal because if you haven't been verified yet, they have a process just like others an so after my verification process I was paid they completed verification, However during the time of this deposit they ran a promotion that indicated upon a deposit of $25 or more, you will be given a $50 chip for the deposit, however they weren't able to give me the chip yet because I was still in verification mode, and once they confirmed that I was good to claim my deposit, I asked them for the $50 chip regards to the promo that was run during the time of my request, they told me I would need to take that up with their live agents and ask them for the request because they can only approve my withdrawal request? So, I then ask their live agents for the $50 chip due to the promo during the time I was attempting to get verification for my withdrawal. They just kept saying they could not do that until I deposited again? I told them why should I when it was during the time my account was going through verification process, and you owe me for that deposit? Then they said well you won an if you won, then I put don't get the $50 chip reward witch makes no sense what soever only because while I won they also took the amount of my deposit back, and the amount of my wager as well? It made no sense and they weren't going to listen to me any further so I told them that I had just given them a great review, and now because of their not wanting to honor my chip that I would take back what I said about them, and explain what type of treatment they gave back to me, let alone have to contact them daily about my withdrawal in the first place, so they had enough time, as well as I was done with their tactics, especially for the treatment to new customers. So kinda like some of the other complaints from the other two they did me like, I was willing to forgive the stahls and excuses if they did what was the right thing here, but changed my mind after I got nothing for my deposit on behalf of thier promo that's states upon deposit of $25 or more you will get a $50 chip I even have a copy of it, only if there was a way I could upload documents.

It's absolute garbage. I met the 30x wagering requirement—even reaching $50—and completed that incredibly complicated verification process. But after the verification succeeded, they demanded ANOTHER VERIFICATION deposit just to verify. What the fck?

Straight trash. Went thru there 60x playthru which was only supposed to 30x on the bonus then I go to cash out my 50 bucks my account is restricted from using the withdraw part of the cashier. They have no customer service to speak with you can only email them which i have never even got one reply from. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS SITE

It did not say anything about verification, it say I was not allowed to use the withdraw option of the cashier and as for verification, I was never asked or prompted to provide any documents then and still haven’t been. Yall have still never replied to the emails I wrote yall and phone number yall have listed for customer service is 1234567890. I play online casinos everyday and yall are by far one of the worst out of the 100+ I have played with. If yall actually had customer service you probably would be an ok place to play.
