I recently rented a dress from Minnie May Closet and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. The dress I received was in a significantly damaged condition, with noticeable fading, missing feathers, and chunks of beads absent, making it unwearable. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times to address the issue, I was met with unsatisfactory responses and refusal to provide a refund.

As a customer, I expected a certain level of quality and transparency when renting from Minnie May Closet, but unfortunately, this was not met. The lack of accountability and failure to rectify the situation has left me deeply dissatisfied with my rental experience.

I strongly advise potential customers to thoroughly reconsider renting from Minnie May Closet, as my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.

Amazing first experience at Minnie May closet! Kylie and Molly were so attentive and made me feel so welcome. All appropriate dresses for my event in my size were ready for me to try on. How efficient! Super complimentary too! Definitely be coming back for my events in future! And will continue to rave about how amazing this place is to anyone that will listen! Bianca and the team at Minnie May are incredible. It was 2 days before my event, I tried every possible dress from every online clothing store and they were all horrific and didn’t make me feel confident so decided to book in with the team at Minnie May. I’m a size 12 with curves so didn’t think they’d have anything that would fit / suit me but boy was I wrong! Bianca picked out loads of styles and colours of dresses of what would compliment me the most, and helped me narrow it down as there were so many to choose from that I felt so confident in! I honestly couldn’t recommend the girls and the services enough, I’ll definitely be back for all my future events! Thank you 🤍

A great experience - After visiting the Cowbridge shop of Minnie May, Hannah was professional yet extremely personal and friendly. After finding out what it was we were looking for (Prom dress) she directed us to the Pile, Bridgend shop of Minnie May, where they hire dresses. So, we visited Bianca there, who was again very helpful by provided my daughter with so many options. And while we are still unsure on which direction to go, I can honestly say that if you’re looking for that perfect occasion dress, MM is the place to go.

Oh my god where do I start! I am obsessed with Minnie mays, the quality, the staff, the variety of stock they hold is insane. If you’re struggling to find something to wear then this is your place! Iv used them time and time again and they are always bringing in new stock! Honestly it’s a shoppers dream! If you go in store the girls are seriously your own hype team and will definitely help you choose an outfit for any occasion.
Ordering online is also the easiest option EVER! Iv had the pleasure to do both! Would I recommend - definitely I tell everyone!
