I purchased a Sennheiser BTD 700 so that I could use it to connect a pair of Focal Bathys to my PC. It works really well and I am happy that I bought it.

Visited Minidisc during a trip to Sydney. I was very impressed with teiri setup, with lots of headphones available for audition. I went there for a dongle DAC, but ended up having a great time listening to many headphones that I have wanted to ear for some time (Meze 109 Pro for example), but which are not readily available for audition in Adelaide. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, who were very happy to help and chat. A great in-store shopping experience - will definitely buy from them again.

Online purchase was, straight forward, information on product was above satisfactory, great range of equipment reasonable prices, all this and the addition of Afterpay at checkout, will guarantee my return.

I love the feel, size, looks and quality of the Hiby R1. Most importantly the sound is excellent. Unfortunately the documentation and the online support is very poor. Also when first started the OS, some icons such as "System" where not available. Fortunately loading the latest firmware to V1.6 fixed this. But the biggest disappointment is that Album Artwork simply does not work on the player - the same Artwork appears for every song. Yet all the Artwork works great on the Android App. By reading many forums, this seems to be very common. Some with solutions but mostly no solutions at all. I cannot understand why this problem has not been fixed. Also, the Hiby "Playlists" are not Playlists as such but a list of "Favourites" .
