I was amazed at how effective Mindspace is. I listen when I go to bed for maybe half an hour, sometimes an hour.
With Mindspace, I just listen to it, take my headphones out, and I'm asleep.
I have used other sleep apps/music and all those sorts of things with low levels of success, but this… yeah, I was quite blown away by it actually.”
