I had a very positive overall experience with Mindfuleve. The course content is truly valuable and well-structured, especially Anton Bedarev’s courses, which I found clear, engaging, and practical for everyday life.
One small area for improvement is the voiceovers: they seem to be AI-generated, and at times the delivery feels a bit less natural and immersive. However, this is not a major issue, as the quality of the content more than makes up for it.
A big plus is the customer support: fast, friendly, and very helpful. In particular, Maya was extremely supportive and assisted me effectively.
Overall, I would recommend Mindfuleve to anyone looking for solid and well-designed personal development content.

Got a course for 1$
But i didnt read correctly and there came a subscrition of almost 48€
But i wasn't able to pay because i lack on money.

When the time came that i had the help of Miss Julia of Costumer Service to help me cancel my subscription.
All was fast and efective
She cancelled my subscription very fast.

I had no idea they were going to charge $40 after 7 days. I bought a $1 course and when I asked for a refund they refused. Their website hides the fact that there is a subscription and won’t allow you to cancel it once you buy a course so you are forced to spend $40 without any ability to refund. Absolutely a SCAM. Stay Clear from them. Just because you disclose this in small print doesn’t make it an ethical way to do business!

I feel really robbed. I signed up and paid for a drumming course and didn’t realise I signed up for a subscription on top of that. I never received any confirmation email about my subscription purchase, and the response from the support team was often these emails end up in spam or don’t get sent at all! Which is not true as I received all of their other marketing emails. I asked if I could kindly have a refund as I have not opened up any other course other than the drumming course I paid for on top of the subscription, and they said they can’t offer a refund even though I requested this very soon after the 7 days. I feel that a supposedly mindful learning website would have some kindness in them but alas no heart at all. I also asked for a copy of the original ad for the drumming course and they couldn’t even provide this, so I still don’t even believe I signed up for a subscription as I have no email of this. Don’t trust them.

I purchased a $1 course from MindfulEve, fully expecting a one-time payment as clearly shown during checkout.
Instead, they sneakily added a recurring subscription to my cart without my consent. The “7-day trial” was hidden in fine print and presented as a bonus, not a mandatory payment. This is deceptive, manipulative, and unacceptable.
The site promises a 14-day money-back guarantee, yet my refund request was completely ignored. This is blatant dishonesty.
I found multiple reviews from other customers reporting the exact same scam-like behavior — hidden charges, refusal to refund, and misleading practices.
In all my correspondence with the company, they were extremely biased, ignored all my arguments, and simply stated that they would not return my money, without providing any real justification. This shows a complete lack of transparency and fairness in their customer service.
MindfulEve is engaging in predatory and unethical behavior. Potential customers, beware — this company cannot be trusted until they fix their shady subscription and refund practices.

I bought a course or two from mindfuleve but have never availed of their subscription; but I was automatically enrolled. No other way around that. Based on their instructions, I emailed them about cancelling my subscription that same day I bought the course. There's a 15-day period for me to test the membership, but I still preferred not to. I saw in my credit card SOA that they still charged me for the subscription. I emailed their support, which took at least 2 follow-ups before they replied, acknowledging my cancellation, but no mention of my request for refund. I emailed them a few times about that but I just receive the same cancellation confirmation messages in different versions. For me, that's the scam portion of their operation.

The program I purchased is good and the videos are easy to navigate however getting to tue videos is challenging unless saved in bookmarks on your browser. Having an app to access the content you buy would be far more straightforward.

I bought course for small amount of money and they offered me trial for full access - I actually wanted to try it - but it never worked - so I though it was not activated. Fair would be in this case (for everyone) to send you an email before the end of trail - but they clearly use this as a sneaky scam strategy to take your money. I am super angry, because I am in heavy medical condition with my brain and this completely upset me and the money they took is basically the difference in between the fact if I can eve eat this month... Well and the reply from mindfuleve (shame on them daring use word mindful in the name!) they did not even bother to check properly it was not 7-days trial! I do know because I have bought the high heels dance lessons before my brain surgery that took place a month ago! So they are scamers and liars - btw my acces did not even work till today ´s email communication! But I took pictures so I got proof I have never had chance to even really try it. Not even talking about breaking number of laws by their behaviour. I have teied to solve it peacefully, cause even my health condition would require that, but I do not want other users to be scammed just like me (there is high number even here). So this “mindful” provider use the sneakiest tactics to get money from users! And I have never got ANY email about my subsription to became active - easy proof - you have none sent!!!
