Ordered this beautiful bed, and was very excited to set up and as I started I realized I do not have the hardware, the screws did not come with my package. There were a lot of chips and it looks used. I was honestly so excited for my daughter to have this floor bed, and now reading the reviews not sure if I’d receive a response. I’ve tried to email, and I’ve tried to call. I haven’t heard anything. I spent a lot of money on this bed and hoping some hardware could be sent back to me, or how I do about getting a refund!

Damaged and moldy parts
delivery came a week later. parts were moldy. Additionally, there were various parts that came damaged. It has now been a full week and customer service has yet to respond to my email for a full refund or shipping label for the item.

Love it! My baby and I are finally getting good sleep! And I don’t have to worry about her falling off the bed! It’s perfect for those co-sleeping nights and can easily start the night laying with baby then safely sneak out!

Nice bed, not as Canadian as they pretend to be.
Shipping was fast and the bed is very nice.

The company seems a bit dishonest, they claim to be proudly Canadian. Nothing screams Canadian like cheap Chinese Philips head hardware and "made in china" stamped on every product.

Customer service and replacement
My order arrived damaged during delivery so I emailed customer service and they helped get a replacement shipped out to me. The communication was good, they were very friendly, and they helped make it right! The bed itself looks great, I love how sturdy it is and that it offers a slatted bottom for mattress ventilation.

My order hasn’t shipped yet but I had an issue with accidentally entering in the wrong shipping address and they got it fixed for me within 12 hours! Now just eagerly waiting on the bed I ordered 🙏🏼

Hit a snag with shipping but my email was answered quickly and even got a follow up email showing they cared I received my item.

Delays, communication, refunding.
No phone number, the only way to obtain support is via your email --- even so, it took 1 month to obtain refunding and I still waiting for $100 for 2 items I never received in 4 month... You only refunded the bed, but there was 2 other items on the order that still need to be refunded.

This floor bed was the best choice for our little one! He never got used to the crib and we were co sleeping, now he feels safe and confortable to sleep on his big boy bed! :)
It was easy to assemble following the instructions. We left the mattress open for 48 hours before using it!
The delivery was super fast too.

The bed is very good overall
The bed is very good overall. Our baby loves it! The large size allows her to play well in the bed and we can put toys in there as well. The only minor thing we've noticed is that the door doesn't perfectly align when closing the door. That can probably be fixed with some adjustments though

Great product and customer service! I got the Little Dreamer floor bed.
I was really hesitant to buy it at first because of some of the negative reviews I saw about shipping but I’m glad I did! Shipping was super fast, I got it I think 4 days after I placed the order! Building it took about 2 hours. The instructions were pretty clear. Overall very happy with the quality. It is exactly as described on the site and it is still really cute in person! I use it to co-sleep with my baby now and I see it will be good for a transition bed when he’s sleeping on his own too. The high rails are great to keep babies safe so they can’t climb over. Like a giant crib

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le service de Mimi Beds. Lorsque nous avons eu une inquiétude, nous avons rapidement eu un suivi de l’équipe ! Le produit est de qualité et a été livré dans les délais. The mattress arrived within 3 days and…
The mattress arrived within 3 days and bedframe 9 days. Easy to put together with 2 people. Bed is sturdy, the rail a little wobbly on the gate side if gate is open but nothing dangerous unless you child literally climbs the rail. Good customer service for following up on the order.

Stands behind their products!
I ordered the Little Dreamer Bed combo that also came with the mattress and received both very quickly! The mattress looked like it had some dirt or oil on it (there was a rip it the bag that looked like it hit or dragged on something). I contacted the company and it took a few days to receive a response. However, once I did receive the response they were quick to solve my problem and ship me a new mattress free of charge and I didn't even need to send the old mattress back.
I cannot wait for my baby to sleep in and enjoy the floor bed.

Amazing customer service
W we received the bed a piece was broken. I contacted customer service and my request was quickly responded. They sent me a new part and followed up regularly by email. customer service is exceptional… and my daughter absolutely LOVES her new bed!
