No me ha llegado aún así que la…
No me ha llegado aún así que la valoración que pongo es solo para el envio y no para el producto. Deberían ofrecer mas opciones de envio no solo por correos, da igual que seria coste extra. Lo he pedido el 7/02 y hoy el 25/02 aún no ha llegado. Estuvo parado un par de días en la aduana, tuve mucho dolor de cabeza para solventar los papeles con ellos.
Seria mejor una alternativa tipo DHL, porque los productos quedan parados en la aduana y he pagado de aduana casi lo mismo que vale el producto. Prefiero pagar una empresa de paquetería, pero el programa no me ofreció de momento esta opción. Gracias,

Revisé el seguimiento y enviamos su pedido el 7 de febrero. Salió del Reino Unido en un día. Utilizamos Royal Mail, que transfiere el envío al transportista nacional de ese país al que ingresa, sin embargo, no tenemos control sobre el servicio una vez que llega al país de destino. Lamentamos que haya tardado tanto, en el futuro buscaremos opciones alternativas que utilicen su propia red/infraestructura en lugar de los operadores nacionales.

I have checked the tracking, and we dispatched your order on the 7th February. It left the UK within a day. We use Royal Mail who transfer the shipment to the national carrier of that country it is entering, however, we have no control over the service once it arrives in the destination country. We're sorry that it has taken so long, in future we shall look at alternative options that use their own network/infrastructure instead of the national carriers.

Best product of its type I have used by far. Not many supplements out there that so what they claim, this one does.
Haven’t been able to get another order in for a while unfortunately however just received 3 bottles. I got 10% off for being in emergency services, offer of a free bottle with any bundle, free snood, and free sachet of coffee. On top of all that it arrived within 24 hours on the free shipping.
All appreciated! Zero complaints from me.

Good product - poor comms

I've spoken with MM and they have been superb, comms isssue at thier end. They have gone above and beyond for me. Superb.
I'm on day 16 and on my last shoulder session I absolutley destroyed my personal best on the military press by 10k and 4 extra reps on my last set. I also started heavier than usual. Loving the results so far.
I bought 1 bottle to try and I'm about 11 days in. So far I'm pretty impressed as my motivation and lifts are up. What let's the company down is the zero lack of communication. I've had two emails offering a free bottle when I tag myself on Instagram. I've done this, replied to let them know and heard nothing back accept more auto generated emails offering this. How you would get a hold of this company if your order went missing is beyond me. I want to run this or a similar product for at least 3 months and unless they get back in touch I'll be looking to use another brand

I can see that you placed a 'pre-order' with us when we were out of stock and awaiting the delivery of our most recent batch.
Once we received this we started to dispatch in early December. Unfortunately it seems the shipping company (who blames seasonal deands) cannot track the parcel and doesn't know where it is.
However, we have sent a replacement order out to you using a global priority service with a different provider.
I can only apologise for the difficulties we faced, and rest assured we now have our US warehouse resupplied.

We were dispatching orders all through the December period but the shipping company (despite our constant badgering) has only just admitted that some of the shipments are technically lost.
Aas such we have sent you a replacement with a global priority service and you will have recently received an updated tracking number.
I can only apologise for the delay and the inconvenience but rest assured we have cut ties with that delivery service and now have stock in our US warehouse.

I'm so irritated with this company
I'm getting so irritated with this company and their lack of communication, lack of updates, delays on product and production. There is no way to contact anyone and they don't reply to emails or anything. I'm still waiting on my last order from over a month ago. I'm looking into other products and companies that might do better.
