It took two weeks to receive my order, which is inconsistent with the shipping times listed on the website. Shipping times should be more clearly detailed in all communications. Customer service was insufficient in responding to my complaints about shipping and to my requests to return two items. I was asked to send pictures of the items I want to return, which I immediately did. I have not received a reply for three days and counting. This was after Customer Service tried to talk me into taking a $15 discount (on items totaling $75) instead of sending the items back. Disorganized and unprofessional. No way a company like this stays in business when a company like Amazon exists.

Ordered some boots and when tried on were a touch too small. Returned and refunded within two days. Gemma in customer service was really fast at replying to messages and updating me. Excellent service. Ordered a size up and they are bob on.

My teenage grandson wearing his new combat trousers and shorts 24/7 lol.
The sunglasses are excellent he only removes them to sleep ha ha.

Great company to buy from. I've bought multiple items from them now over the span of a few years. I have just purchased another sleeping bag, customer service was great and arrived quickly. Also happened to be the best price around.

Unfortunately due to a small error I was sent a wrong item with my order. After sending off a quick email, I was contacted by their customer service team who promptly apologise for the error and informed me they where sending out the correct item 1st class and as a good will gesture I was to keep the item I was mistakenly sent. For me that's great customer service and even better I got FREE kit. I would highly recommend militarykit.com.

Ordered 19th for 48hr delivery contacted them on 22nd to say item hadn’t arrived got No Response or comms from them at all and still haven’t, item finally arrived on 25th. Poor customer service. Sadly they are like so many other sellers who don’t care about the people who keep them in business.

I ordered an Alpha Industries N3B Slim Fit Parka VF 59 Black. The delivery time was super fast. But what can I say about the parka well if your thinking of buying one you should definitely buy one amazing quality not to bulky but feels so warm and cosy to were the parka looks amazing on. I'm 5.8 with a 37- 38 inch chest and ordered a medium and it fits me perfectly. That was my main worry and concern with what the sizing would be like so I would definitely say order your true size you won't be disappointed. As for militarykit it was my first time ordering from them and they are brilliant. Will definitely shop again from them 👍

Bought some trousers advertised waist was 35-38 for large actual size that came was 34 now have to pay to return an item thats size wasnt correctly advertised

I was requested to provide a review of a pullover I purchased from Military Kit several weeks ago and accordingly I submitted a 3-star response, referencing several issues I had experienced. The review was fair, but not scathing and contained no offensive comments or language. I immediately received an automated e-mail thanking me for the review, attaching a coupon for future purchasing and including a link indicating that it was live on the reviews on their website. 2 hours later it is nowhere to be seen and no reviews rating the item below 4 stars are shown. They didn't take long to clear that away. Trust reviews on the Military Kit as you see fit.

Bought water proof bottom and jacket, used for 20 minutes, wet on sides of the body on the coat, and wet on the bottom of the legs. The first jacket received, the button fell off, and that had to be returned and replaced. Sent both garments back, and apparently it's been tested and nothing wrong with them, so the unusable water proofs are being sent back to me. AVOID at all costs, use a different supplier.

I had a faulty product which I left a review warning of the issue. Worth mentioning this review was about the product itself and no reflection on MilitaryKit.

Within in less than 24 hours, a member of the customer service team had contacted me and offered to help me find a solution.

They helped me return a faulty product to the manufacturer and ensure a replacement which was actually a spec up from the original product purchased.

They kept in contact and updated me every step of the way. Would highly recommend this company.
