I was referred to Kevin by my father, who had used him for many years with his mortgage. I have been using Kevin for my mortgage since 2019. He has proved invaluable on every occassion and I couldn't recommend his services highly enough. For instance, he contacted me 6 months before my renewal was due (just as interest rates were beginning to climb) and procured a deal early and advised I fix for the maximum term able at the time securing me a much lower rate.
