My advisor at Miles Morgan was easy going and very friendly!
She really helped me find a holiday which was very last minute, but at the same time was neither pushy or pressurising.
Would highly recommend - and would definitely look at returning instead of booking through online companies which I had tended to do for several years :)

First class customer service
Jessica was wonderful when we went in to discuss our holiday requirements. Later in the day she had realised the the hotel offered may not meet our needs. She spent time looking for a alternative for us. She went above for us. We have now booked our perfect holiday with her. I highly recommend this travel agency.

River cruise booking
Leyanne was very helpful in booking the river cruise. There was a slight doubt from the fravel company about flight availability and even when confirmed online, Leyanne called the company to double check and called me to let me know all was ok. Thank you for your efficient service.
