We have received excellent assistance from Kate at Cirencester branch and are looking forward to our holiday Thank you very much .

The staff at the Cirencester branch are so friendly. They make you feel valued and are willing to give you plenty of their time. As a Solo traveller it is really important to know that there is always that professional support in the background.

As someone who’s newly retired and now wishes to spend as much time as possible I regularly use Miles Morgan Cirencester.

Kate and the team are simply excellent. Outstanding customer service, brilliant insight and options and fantastic value for money, I’ve not found an alternative that even comes close.

I’d previously spent years booking my own holidays on line. Hotels, car hire, flights, the lot. Miles Morgan Cirencester do that all for me and they’re often cheaper (certainly never more expensive) than my own DIY efforts and without the faff.

Highly recommended.

The advisor was very knowledgeable and most efficient. She understood our requirements and was quick to contact us wiith further information to enable us to confirm our booking within a few days.

Always helpful and knowledgeable with advice. No pressure to make a decision but recognise one might need to pop back in to explain or clarify something. We have confidence in Cirencester team and after many bookings have not been disappointed. They reliably keep us informed.

Laura in Cirencester has yet again, been exceptionally efficient and provided us with an interesting holiday and found us amazing hotels. We have worked with her since 2008 and she has never ever disappointed us in any way . She has arranged for us to go all over the world, some not on the tourist route, but she does her research and finds some amazing places . She is a real asset to your company and I hope she is always rewarded for her dedication to the job.

Friendly welcoming expert service, saved us much time and stress.

Staff are always very knowledgable, pleasant and helpful.

I have booked a number of holidays with you since 2021 and have received excellent service every time.
Alison , Laura and especially Joanne have been super friendly and helpful every time. Whether I know exactly what I want or need suggestions, I have been delighted with my holiday.
I have also been happy with money exchange. (Sorry, forgot the lady’s name) including suggestions of how much money I might need.
Currently looking forward to 10 blissful days on Corfu, thanks to Joanne.
They always want to know how I got on, when I get back. How do they remember me?!

Helpful, well-informed travel advice and efficient booking process.

We use MM for all our overseas holiday bookings. The recent booking made with Laura was as efficient as usual. Much prefer dealing with someone face to face.
