My travel specialist Suzanne had great knowledge as she had actually been on a similar holiday with the company we were looking at which is a specialist company who only do activity holidays in Finland. She found dates where I could travel alone at a good price so I didn’t hesitate to book on the spot and pay a deposit.

When it was clear that you were unable to source the desired hotels she checked to see if they were still available so that we could book them ourselves. All this without stopping for lunch.
