My experience with Miles and Barr - Ramsgate was second to none. Kept informed throughout the process.

Helpful, professional, organised.
Friendly service, can always get hold of someone on the phone which is a rarity these days.
Definitely has the customer in mind, chases the conveyancers to get things done, and always good communications with regular updates.

I was very impressed and grateful for the effort put in to getting to exchange by Emily Stickler. Moving is incredibly stressful and it’s made easier having someone ‘on the ball’ and coordinating everything. I would go back to Miles and Barr again because of this.

The whole moving process was really great from start to finish, the team were always quick to respond and put our mind at ease whenever we had any queries. We were first time buyers and Debbie was particularly helpful seeing us through to completion. We would definitely use Miles and Barr again when moving in the future.

Emily Stickler is a fantastic sales progressor, she is very knowledgeable and was able to help us understand each stage of the process. Emily was in contact weekly is very kind and personable. We are really happy with our experience with Emily.

It took several months to sell our property in Ramsgate but the staff at Miles and Barr kept us informed throughout the process. Once it was under offer Becky was our regular contact and helped us navigate the final stage between us and the buyers to a successful conclusion.

Miles & Barr were excellent in providing us a smooth and very informative lead up to the purchase of our first property, very efficient and always on the end of the phone if we had any queries. Louise Daly was our property progression point of contact and she couldn’t have done enough for us. Also Bradley Welsh in negotiating and helping with solicitors. Fantastic service.

Louise was great at checking statuses, keeping me informed and moving things along smoothly, acting as the liaison between buyer and seller.

Renting from them was an easy and straightforward process. Very professionell and very easy to deal with. Eventual problems were quickly solved.

I would like to take this opportunity to say I am pleased with your service which you and the team have done for me over the last 8 months for sale of my dad's property and finding a buyer quickly to complete the sale in March.

If I do decide to sale my own property in the future I know where to come...

Very professional - service provided was very professional from sales take on process through to photos /marketing and post offer support between offer acceptance and completion. Nadine in particular was patient, empathetic whilst being realistic about updates being dependent on responsiveness of other agents /solicitors in the chain.

Relatively early days in my relationship with M&B (after the transition from Regal Lettings ) but in my dealings with them so far, they have been very professional and efficient.

I had an excellent experience working with Rebecca on the sale of my house. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive throughout the entire process. My house went on the market in Sept. 2025 and sold within a week. The marketing pictures of the house were very good. Whenever I liaised with Miles & Barr, the staff were friendly and professional. After the ‘sold’ sign went up, I was contacted by the Sales Progressor, Emily. She contacted me weekly to update me as to how things were going, any delays and to advise me on anything I might need to. I found this relationship very worthwhile. Overall, it has been a positive experience apart from the length of time the process took(6 months) due to unavoidable issues outside of Miles & Barr. I was told the process could take 12- 20 weeks, which I appreciated.

Great communication from start to finish from Miles and Barr. Nadine Roberts helped us with our purchase and she was excellent; providing regular updates and happy to help very quickly whenever we asked. Would definitely recommend working with her and this team.
