Miles and Barr have been exceptional in the sale of my property. They have made the process efficient and stress free. I am extremely pleased with the prompt and helpful attention we have been given by Miles and Barr in both letting and in sales.
We have been with the same agent for over 20 years and Charlotte Dyer has most efficiently and expertly managed our properties for well over a decade. I have always been impressed by Charlotte’s professionalism and kindly manner.
Although we may not have the largest portfolio, I could not wish for a better service or more pleasant, helpful and effective staff.

As a tenant over 2 years with Miles and Barrs I repeatedly experienced missed and poor communications, blatant failure to follow procedures and policies, including failures to formally received a complaint. Attitude of senior managers was arrogant and dismissive. A company very much geared towards landlords and NOT tenants.
