We had a very long and stressful journey to finally buying our first home. Steve has been on that journey with us for over 2 years. We live in the North Island so all of our interactions were either via phone, zoom or email, but this did not matter as he always made this process easy. Steve was always available to talk to, and was fast in getting back to us. Throughout our journey we chopped and changed plans and Steve was always accommodating and patient with us. He was kind and professional with his advice and genuinely wanted the best outcome for us, making sure we has access to the best options at the time. A very positive experience we had with Steve which we understand is only the beginning of further interactions given we are in a building contract.
