It was great because the experience went smoothly from the initial meeting up until the day the house key was given to us. The skillful watch of Nigel and his team made our purchase the easier. Easy and peaceful id best experience. The mortgage plan we had were tailored to our current financial status. The constant reminder to do list and of what’s next was always on point. The special interest rate of Nigel was a big help and also the rebate negotiated was higher than what we expected. Nigel Sew Hoy made the process of buying my first house seamless from our very first meeting. He also gave great auction strategy advice and was readily available to answer any questions I had no matter how trivial, often replying to my questions out of business hours. His assistance didn’t stop once I assigned with the bank, he continued to check in and even sent me reminders when my first mortgage repayments were due.
