Process seemed to be very slow and information given to third parties wasn't correct resulting in things not being actioned in a timely manner. It was probably 6 to 8 weeks from first contact so date is indicative only. But we got there in the end. Thank you.

Finding Gary was an absolute relief. I had been uncertain about how to go about organising a new mortgage in the ever changing financial market. Gary simply made the experience stress free. Next it's a good idea to get advice from someone independent from the banks that are making a lot of money from us. Next and probably the biggest reason I went with Mike Pero Mortgages was Gary in Timaru. When I first met him I felt very confident in him getting me a good result. He is a very genuine person that wants to help you and that made me feel comfortable that I was is good hand and it took a lot of stress off me. Because I was in Mike Pero Mortgages area often I'd go in and see Gary and he always made time for me for a chat and keep me up to date. I would definitely recommend him to other people.
