The free workshop from the Migreats team is a good introduction for students and international talent and it also gives you a good picture of the types of services available in the Migreats platform. Honestly, I believe that the services offered are really good and reliable. As a 2023 Graduate on a grad visa who is sadly struggling to find any work in my area of Graphic Design with my Grad visa ending this year beginning August, this 3 day workshop was really insightful not only understanding the intricacies in relation to sponsorship in how difficult it is for companies to get a license but also the level of work one needs to put in to attain one from a sponsored job. Ideally I would really like to join this platform as the creators Karina and Rim were amazing with the feedback they gave, the community seems so friendly and supportive of one another and hearing the success stories today especially mahimas really resonated with me as it feels like I’m panicking in trying to attain a sponsorship job before my time in Wales ends. It would be sad to leave back to the U.S. as I’ve built a life and community here and due to my retail job not paying enough I wasn’t able to join this weekend. Regardless of that though, I really enjoyed this workshop! It was a last minute decision to join the day before it started and it was an amazing decision to have made. I will definitely take some of the notes I made to heart and try to do my best in my pursuit of attaining a graphic design job. Rim and Karina keep true to what they preach. They make sure each and everyone of the members are given their full due.
The resources and personal support given by the owners give alot of the members value for what they pay for. Some of them are
1.You have resources that go from A-Z that discuss about how the UK sponsorship process goes through. The videos can be viewed all in one go within a 2 day span and you'll know virtually everything relevant to sponsoring environment.
2. The job board is crazy good. The use of A.I and constant community feedback keeps the job board updated so we know which companies sponsor and which companies we shouldn't waste our time with.
3. The platform has the most supportive and whole-hearted people i've come across. Maybe cause everyone's in the same boat, so everyone helps out as they can. There are different threads and discussions going on where everyone iz quite active.
Remember you're not just paying for Rim and Karina's services, you're also paying for the networking, job opportunities and development of a community mentality you can't find anywhere else!

I joined migreats in July 2024, feeling utterly lost in my journey as an international student in the UK. After months of unsuccessful job hunting, with only one interview callback, I stumbled upon Karina's inspiring LinkedIn posts and knew I needed the kind of support she offered.

From the moment I joined the migreats Core, I was welcomed into a vibrant community. I attended an in-person event where both Karina and Rim shared their own sponsorship journeys. Their passion and vigor were contagious, and I immediately felt that I was exactly where I needed to be.

My experience with migreats was transformative. The weekly Q&A sessions allowed me to present my challenges—whether related to applications or interviews—and receive comprehensive guidance from Rim or Karina. One standout feature was the Weekly CV review led by Naomi, an experienced tech recruiter. As a core member, I accessed past session recordings, which were invaluable in refining my CV. Honestly, my CV before migreats was at a "kindergarten level," but with the help of Naomi and Karina, it became polished and professional. This resulted in significantly more views from recruiters and, ultimately, more interview callbacks.

The community page was another essential resource, filled with valuable materials like email templates, pre-recorded sessions, and visa sponsorship pitches. Engaging with this supportive network was incredibly easy, as fellow members were just as eager to help as the coaches.

Thanks to migreats, I gained the confidence to present myself as the best employable version of myself and landed an amazing job! Although it's not sponsored, it is better than I could have ever hoped for.
