Not Transparent About All Ingredients
I'll give points for a good idea to make healthy eating convenient, especially since they offer some options as a la carte without a subscription.
However, this company is not fully transparent about all the ingredients in their meals. I ordered several items only to find out the nutrition labels were different and included sugar (which I can't have).
When I contacted the company, they refunded me half of my order amount back in the form of a gift card. They also recommended I speak with one of their nutritionists to ensure the meals would meet my dietary needs.
I told them I would prefer refund to my original form of payment since their company was not fully transparent on their site. I did not feel the appropriate solution was to take up more of my time and risk ordering more products.
They did submit a refund for half of my order amount but it's a shame they would choose to only reveal partial ingredients and then deliver a different product to their customers. I ended up donating the items to a family in need so they didn't go to waste but I wish Mighty Meals stuck to the advertised ingredients so customers would have full knowledge of what they're getting.
