Purchased a smart watch from Mifo which within three months ceased to operate. They initially discussed the issue with me but then have not answered any emails for a significant period of time. Clearly cannot be trusted as a vendor.

I’ve been emailing them for a replacement/ money back since Feb 2025 (it’s now September) I’ve had 2 emails saying they will send me news ones …no where to be seen!!

I purchased earphones 5 days ago. Have heard nothing from them, no receipt... nothing.

No phone number to call, waiting in the Chat queue 3 times for over an hour. Last time, they just cut me off when it was 5pm and said 'closed'.
I doubt these are ever going to arrive.

The product does not work as described. Their support doesn't want to know you. They just mess you around and take days to respond, if they answer at all. Spend your money on a reputable brand. Check out what Consumer Affairs in Vic has to say "Public Warning"

We purchased earbuds from MIFO. No response from MIFO to when these would be delivered after 13days, when they say delivery would be within 3-5 days. We believe that the earbuds will never show up. We suggest that you don't deal with this company.

Massage gun purchased does not work. No reply when I contacted them. THIS IS A SCAM.

Mi-fo agreed to replace my faulty recently purchased earbuds - now mifo.co.uk Support have gone silent and are not responding for over two weeks now.

Checking out I inadvertently clicked on an item they were trying to upsell and despite promises of refund and me sending evidence or the return no refund has been made, and no one responds to my email requests. No phone number, no people, just a scam

Great on the sell - but deceptive when you request a refund!!

Fell for this scam!! No return emails and no phone number to call for customer service! Not sure how they get great reviews as they are thieves!!

Bad earbuds!!

I paid for Mifo O5 Plus Gen 3 and airfome durable carrying case. The website promised delivery in 2-4 business days. I contacted them when there was no updates passed the delivery dates and was informed it would take more than 2 weeks due to no stocks. 10 days later I was informed that they have restocked and will be available in 2 days. I asked them to cancel the order since there was no response from them. They said they cancelled but 1 week later they still have not refunded the money, nor have I received the items ordered. Despite multiple emails that I sent to them, they did not response to any. I am about to report them to the ACCC next. I wished I read more on their reviews. I have just found a warning from consumer affairs Victoria regarding this same issues experienced by buyers. Such a dishonest company that does not deserve to be on top 10 earbuds.

DO NOT BUY MIFO PRODUCTS: I would give zero stars if it was an option. Mifo took 4 months to facilitate the return of my faulty earbuds, which they confirmed they received on 14/05/25. Since then they have ignored my email correspondence & have not sent the replacement earbuds. There is no option to call them giving me no means to sort this out. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

mifo is a chinese company, which is not a problem to me, but their advertising is misleading and deceptive, the product is garbage rubbish waste of time, the gen 3 earbuds are useless, they dont work, the volume increses without me touching anything, to the point i had to rip them out too loud, i would NOT recommend this company, they are very deceptive, product is bad.

Do not buy from them. Note that Consume Affairs Vic put out a warning notice - wish I’d seen that first. Bought a pair of Sonitrek earbuds that did not work. Mifo offered to replace them, then ghosted me. No replacement, no refund after nearly 3 months of me chasing.

Do not get sucked into believing any good review for Mifo.com.au. I did. The product (Sonictrek QuietMix II Active Noise Canceling Wireless Headphones With SmartQ Silencing Technology) arrived in a reasonable time and looked ok - although they had that very cheap chinese plastic chemical smell. They worked ok to start and then started giving me a low battery warning after being fully charged. Then shutting down. I email Mifo and they responded straight away with a suggestion to fix them. The steps they gave me made little sense and could not be executed on these headphones. I then emailed them again and said if they can't fix them that I wanted a refund. I have been ghosted ever since. Do yourself a favour and don't get sucked in like I did - I actually thought I was pretty good at not getting scammed!

Product stopped working within 5 months and customer services did not help despite the product being under warranty.

BE WARNED! This company promises a lot, but delivers nothing. I tried from one hour after placing my order to get a refund as I purchased these for my wife without knowing she had already bought herself earbuds. Alice from Mifo assured me it would get cancelled and refunded. Fast forward two weeks, with no resolution to my request, and the earbuds show up. I then request a return address and after providing photos of the sealed earbuds, I again get no response. They promise to give you a full refund if returned within 30 days, but never actually allow you to return them by not providing a return address within the 30 days. I'm sure their warranty process would be just as bad. Do not under any circumstances deal with this company. You have been warned. Lastly, I have reported them to the Consumer Protection Agency.

Purchased Noise cancelling earbuds. Great product but stopped pairing after very little use. Company very hard to contact, but they eventually responded and agreed to send replacements but after many emails and waiting 5 weeks they never turned up. Do not buy from this company. They have no intention of providing a good long term product
