Excellent plants, service, communication and the list goes on....
I have purchased many plants over many years from Midsummer Herbs. Lovely service, honest and reliable. Plants are fantastic. Postage is cheap. The method of wrapping the plants makes it so easy to transfer into pots or the ground. Always well packed. I think I stuffed up one of the plants Christina sent a few weeks ago because I planted it out and then we had a downpour and lots of humidity, but when I just asked for advise she sent me a new plant and said just incase it was damaged in transport she would replace it. I can see by all the effort she puts into her internet site explaining her own experience with the plants and the way she recycles paper that she is so passionate about plants and caring about the environment. You can clearly see that she cares that her customers enjoy the plants too. Great communication :)

Range available is fantastic and suits my goal of growing unusual perennial or self replacing edibles. The plants arrived in perfect condition, and were well established and a good size.
Once planted out, none have showed any signs of distress, and in fact are growing much better than from many other places.
The customer service has been excellent, as always.
