Handling of return items
I needed to return a couple of items that were not up to standard. I messaged to discuss this with someone. Neriah was amazing. She handled my request with speed and efficiency. Then when I couldn’t make my discount work she handled that first me too. Thank you so much!

I am disappointed with my experience with Midiross and feel its important to share this so others are aware before purchasing.
I spent $289.95 on 5 pieces of clothing after carefully taking my measurements according to their size guide, which indicated I was a Large. When the package finally arrived, I opened it up to an unpleasant smell, 3 of the dresses were far too small, 1 was way to big and the 5th item wasn't even what I ordered, it was a completely different dress.
I contacted customer service asap requesting a full refund, as their website states refunds are available as long as items are unused and not damaged from you as a customer. I was in contact with Mia via email, who assured me that customer satisfaction is important to them, yet the only solution offered was a 15% refund as compensation. As you can imagine, this was extremely frustrating, and the back and forward emails went nowhere. I was told I would need to pay for the return of the clothing.
I was than required to pay an additional $20 just to keep the clothing that does not fit and the incorrect dress and than have replacements sent in a larger size. After waiting another 14 days, the new items arrived, only to find that their sizing is completely out.
At this point I am $310 roughly out of pocket with 10 items of clothes,Ill never wear. This has been a very disappointing and costly expense and I will not be purchasing from Midiross again.
The company need to take more responsibility for refunds, dont put it on their workers. They do what they are told and its not good enough for us customers.

Not feeling happy with your customer service which is surprising reading the reviews to say your service was “awsome” please come back to me asap with details about my order. I will be phoning my bank tomorrow morning to chat to them about fraudulent purchasing activities Any upfront company would have provided shipping and delivery details well before now.
If shipping and tracking info is not provided to me by tomorrow I am putting forward a case for fraudulent purchasing activities this wi be promoted all over trust pilot

I can not praise enough the brillant customer service I have received from this company, I ordered some dresses, and they were just not quiet the right size, Jamie went abouve and beyond to assist me, sent me a larger size, no questions asked,
I will be buying many times from this company, and spread tge name around. Just don't get service like this any more.
