Recently went in with the intention of test driving a lovely orange Skoda Kamiq we had seen on their website. Jane was brilliant, very helpful, friendly and not pushy in the slightest. Took the car on a test drive and came back that afternoon and put down a deposit.
The garage were great with their communication and collected the car a week later. Jane then followed up with me by hand posting a copy of the invoice and checking in to see if we had a warranty summary. Fantastic customer service very pleased with purchase! Highly recommend.

From the booking in for MOT - Ema at service reception was kind polite understanding of my needs and afterwards we discussed the option of setting up a payment plan for future servicing which she explained to me. She was efficient and made the whole experience of being at a garage pleasant and definitely going back for the service of the car

Have just had an MOT and Service on my Fiat 500 at Shelley Middleton garage. They came to my rescue when I realised my MOT was due to expire and pulled out the stops to get me booked in. The team could not have been more helpful and friendly. I cannot fault the service and will be returning. Thank you all.

We went to Shelly Motors to look at a car we had seen on there website as my daughter was looking for there first car and we were met by Jane a lovely lady who made us feel so at ease and comfortable with our decision, she went above and beyond to make sure we knew about the history of the car and although my daughter was a bit nervous Jane was so understanding and made her feel she was making the right decision. We brought it and my daughter is over the moon and can’t wait to start lessons and drive her new car, I throughly recommend this garage if you are looking to buy a used car they make you feel so comfortable and there’s no pushyness like some garages do! Overall it was a lovely experience and we will definitely go back there to service and MOT the car when it’s needed.

Recently purchased a previously owned car a beautiful Kuga ST for my wife from Middleton garage which has been recently taken over by new ownership. From our first interaction the staff were very friendly , professional and not pushy in anyway. We were given all the information we needed to help make the decision on whether this was the right car for us. We were offered a fair trade in price for our own car and the whole process was stress free. I recently brought a Fiat 500 from Middleton garage and I couldn’t be happier, after looking at numerous cars at other garages I was pleased to see the advert matched the product. They bullied me and said my car dumb, then they kicked my car and said ahhahaahahah
