excellent service & good timings

We had to wait both at arrival and departure for our car to arrive, but not long. The instructions for the drop off at T1 could have been much clearer.

I've used this company many times when travelling from Gatwick but this was my first experience from Heathrow T5 & they did not disappoint! There is no other option as far as I am concerned and the service is worth every penny. The drivers were there promptly for both drop off & return, taking all the stress out of travelling.

Everything went as planned, without any hitch or waiting. No hassle, perfect directions & very efficient, competent & courteous service- with a smile! So much better than taxi or other park-and ride services.

When I returned from holiday, the driver brought my car to me, however I noticed some scratches that were not there before I left. I contacted the company but came up with so many excuses and denied all responsibility.
I shall be getting legal advice.

...I appreciate that you need to adjust seat/mirrors etc - but please have the courtesy to not play around with every single other setting and at least attempt to return car in teh position you picked it up in. Used twice in last 2 weeks and delivery time back has always taken longer than advised....

Car always returned in good condition apart from that!

This was the third time I've used MGP and each time they were present to pick up the car at the arranged time and drop it off upon my return. Much less hassle than using long-term airport parking and cheaper too.

Had a couple of horrific experiences with other meet and greet providers. Yes, I checked their feedback but the whole website and feedback was a scam. Only check out independent feedback websites (and be careful even there).
Now we will only use MPG in future (and their sister company at Gatwick). Their office is always polite and helpful. Drivers very efficient and courteous. Only hesitation was last time when the driver to pick up was not given the printed details of our car so I was wondering if we were handing over our keys to a stranger with the right jacket. However, apart from that I would thoroughly advise anyone to use MPG and avoid fly-by-night (pardon the pun) operators who threaten you and evaporate overnight only to re-apprear as a new company the next day.

The service was awsome and on time there was no damage done to my car and I will use this service again.
Especially when you have young kids its the best!!!!

Booking and drop off of the car was simple and quick.
Only reservation was that time to deliver car back takes 15 minutes longer than it takes to walk from the baggage hall to the pick up point - not what you need at the end of a long journey. Suggest calling before collecting baggage or MGP should set off shortly after plane lands

Clear instructions provided. Timely arrival. On my return they answered my call using my name (nice touch) and were with me within 15 minutes (enough time for me to grab a coffee!). Thanks guys. I've already recommended you to colleagues, one of whom will be using you on Monday!

I have used this service on several occasions, and it has always been excellent. They ring you while on your way to the airport and then text you on your return, which all adds to the service in my opinion.
