MGP Heathrow 

Wehn we got back to Hathrow Terminal 4 to collect our car, we rang the office (once we had our luggage) and they said the car would be with us in between 15 and 20 minutes. 40 minutes later (after my wife and 2 year old son) were waiting in the cold for 25 mintues, the car finally turned up. After emailing their head office to complain all I got back was an extract of their terms and conditions which state '5.5 We endeavour to deliver your vehicle back to you within 45 mins depending on traffic, weather conditions.' As far as I am concerned this i sunnacceptable, and negates the reason for paying a rpemium and using a meet and greet service. I would strongly reccommend not using this company.

Excellent service. On return of our holiday car was there on time.

Would use this company again

Service was fine, but I made the mistake of reading terms and conditions on the plane on the way back. Suggest you do the same before booking and decide if they seem reasonable.i definitely would not have booked if I had read them in advance.

This was the first time we used MGP and we were very impressed with the service. No hanging around at the airport waiting for the car to be collected or returned. We have tried a number of other meet and greet services but this was the best

Initial booking using the website was straight forward and price being very competitive. Both the drop off and pickup of our car at Heathrow was done in a timely manner by the valet service and on both occasions a single call was made to the company which was picked up straight away. We have used this company on 3 separate occasions and they have been good value for money

All went very smoothly, we did wait a while for the car to be returned but I gather that was due to the volume of traffic.

Dropping the car off couldn't have been easier. But the service really excelled when we were picked up. I had trouble with my phone overseas and came home 3 days early without being able to warn MPG. We managed to phone after landing and the car was delivered just 15 mins late. Brilliant, thank you.

Simple safe and reliable

I called 24 hours ahead of my arrival to inform you of my change in flight.
I was told that this would be taken account of. I rang on my arrival and had to wait more than 30 minutes as my car was in a position in the car park in anticipation of my arrival a day later!!! This was confirmed by the driver who eventually turned up with my car at T5.

Really good service for drop off and collection. Very good price too for Heathrow T5.

Call centre very poor as the staff member spoke very poor English and also didn't understand my query for the same reason.
If you can get round this I highly recommend.
